Service et accueil génial. Cependant le lit etait casser , le matelas avait un creux au milieu , moisissures dans la douche et odeur de tabac froid dès notre arriver dans la chambre.

hotel en las afueras de Grenoble, comodo para pasar una noche. El típico motel de carretera en una zona industrial, al lado de la autopista. Personal amable, habitación limpia.

HOTEL VETUSTE, AUCUNE RENOVATION N'A ETE FAITE DEPUIS DES ANNEES chambre avec moquette, sale, qui sent la cigarette, et la literie abominable. La nouvelle directrice a pris note de mes remarques et va faire remonter l'info, afin qu'une amélioration soit effectuée à cet hotel, car il est bien placé.

The "lady" working at the reception was very unfriendly. I asked the price for a room, an then booked via ********** because it was cheaper and I'm taking part of the rewards program. Then she got so pissed off that she actually said in front of me (pretending to say it to herself and half to another customer at the bar): "Je deteste les gents comme ça!" - I hate people like this. Then she gave me the return money for the tax in the smallest coins (5 cents pieces) possible. Also, she made sure, that my room was furthest away from the parking and that my window would not face the parking so my motorbike would be unchecked for the night (we're talking Grenoble). There were other rooms available.

The staff had done their maximum for this terrible hotel. The room was smelly. The blanket was having smell of smoking. Lots of of dust and spider web at the rolling curtain. The toilet hole was dirty. Not sleeping well on the sagging mattress. The room telephone indicated that we can dial to reception but it was not working. No room make up service even we indicated this before we went out. The bread served at breakfast was terrible. The hotel was really lack of renovations since its opening and we had real bad experience there.

Les chambres, malgré que le bâtiment est ancien, ont été rénovés avec une touche de modernité agréable. Même si tout n'est pas parfait, c'est très correct pour le tarif.

Hotel campanile une horreur, clef magnétique défectueuse, bas de murs délabrés, joint de carreaux noirs, climatisation bruyante sommeil difficile , petits déjeuners négligés fruits pas frais . J'avais précisé que notre chienne malinois nous accompagnait et avons accepté de payer un supplément, ce qui ne m'a pas été précisé c'est qu'elle n'avait pas accès au restaurant j'ai trouvé ce fait malhonnête, nous avons failli repartir. Nous ne conseillons pas cet établissement à notre avis surclassé en nombre d'étoile.
