優點：有班車，酒店周邊沒什麼餐廳，坐班車去港口吃飯選擇多。離99島輪渡進，走幾步就到。
缺點：早餐大部分是冷食，選擇也不多，味道很一般。
衞生非常差，馬桶坐墊上有毛髮，衹好自己用酒精棉片消毒並墊上馬桶衞生墊。洗浴房地上也有毛髮。在日本住酒店很少用房間配的衞麗洗，衹知道很少酒店會消毒，打開坐墊蓋時，衞麗洗的沖洗頭伸出來了，太臟了，噁心到我了。嚴重影響心情。
訂的房間説是能看到海，結果根本看不到。。。不想説了。
不會再來了。

首先要表揚一下這家酒店，
離我們目的地，九十九島遊覽項目很近。
房間是很大的日式榻榻米房，十分不錯。
温泉在2樓，人不多，基本包場了。
酒店提供的班車服務很方便!
前台小姐姐十分親切。

クリスマスの日にハウステンボスで過ごし、ファイナルの花火を見てホテルへ。
着いたのは22時前で、私も子どもたちもクタクタで部屋に着いたところお布団が敷かれているのを見た瞬間ほっとしました。
大浴場には数種類のシャンプーやリンスがあり、選べるのはいいなと思いました。

Simple fact…. Our Room was 91degrees Fahrenheit. We were told that the only way to lower it was to turn on the fan and open the windows ( no privacy). We did this at night. We found the master switch to turn off the heater but when the room service would come they would flip it back on. I have a thermometer on my watch that i left in the room. It was 91 degrees and the chocolate we got as gifts melted. I’m a tolerant traveler. Never ever left a bad review on a hotel. This was worse than a $10 hostel in Europe. Staff at the front desk was unreasonable and inflexible. If you are traveling with infants or elderly, I’d seriolsy be concerned for your health if you stayed here. The health department in Japan needs to be made aware of this situation.

I knew this was an older hotel because I researched online before I booked and was not expecting a brand new facility. We came to bring my Mom to visit her hometown and booked two rooms. Each room had a minor issue which was immediately remediated by the staff with such courtesy and attention that clearly demonstrated their commitment to service and their patrons. This high-end service continued until the moment we said goodbye. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel if you value service and attention to detail.
