幫商務人員預訂，具體環境據説可以，街景很美，但是辦理入住不方便，由於沒有前台，需郵件接收訊息，但可能因為是國內郵箱，一直接收不到，好在攜程服務優質，一直跟蹤服務，有人解決心裏就踏實。

We booked and confirmed this hotel via *********** and were provided a room number and code via Whatsapp as they do not have a person for checkin. We arrived at 11pm and when we opened the door, found a naked man hastily wrapping a towel around himself. He apparently was provided the same room number and code by the hotel. We could not contact the hotel or *********** so we did not have anywhere to stay. We later tried to contact both *********** and the hotel to get our money back but the hotel would never answer any calls/emails from either us or ***********. We needed to get our credit card company involved to hold back payment. We later noticed that although the hotel had a decent overall review in ***********, all the good reviews just had a "10" with no comments and the rest had a "1" with lots of comments regarding issues - many issues regarding access to the rooms. We understand that sometimes hotels have issues, but the fact that they could not even be contacted during or after to resolve the problems is a non-starter for us. We definitely do not recommend.

AVOID! First, communication is complicated - there is no one to speak to at the property. Only Whatsapp. And the English counterpart is not that responsive. Second, the curtains are see-through. I had all the street lights inside and couldn't close an eye. I asked to change rooms or buildings but was told all curtains are the same. Then, I found a dirty underwear in the bedsheets. To this day, this has been the worst hotel experience ever. They stopped responding to me and to ******* and until now I am still disputing the booking as I left immediately and booked a different hotel. The area is not the nicest part of Pinheiros and did not feel quite safe. I'd look for something close to / East of Fradique Coutinho station.

Clean with comfy bed and decent location (though loud if you have the balcony open). It has real problems, though, that I hope they can fix! I would stay again but not pay more than $40 per night. Communication is awful - you have to wait until they respond on Whatsapp - and reservations won't answer overnight. I never received my Charlie reservation number or room code by email (which is supposed to happen...), so I had to message them on the app and was left outside waiting for it via WhatsApp. At one point the code wasn't working, and I had to wait outside my room waiting for the keypad to reset. They only accept Brazilian credit cards to extend. The toilet seat and the shelf in the shower both were broken. They will not clean your room while you are staying there, but they gave me 2 more towels. You are given two nespresso pods of coffee for the entire stay and are not permitted more each day... You're also give ONE small bottle of water per stay, not per day. So: not "free water"! The furniture looks nice but is cheap.The wardrobe stunk of toxic chemicals (paint and particle board?), so I didn't put my clothes in it. I recommend they do a full treatment and let their wardrobes air out! Finally: No pool or gym access or option to pay for it even though it exists in the building... Poor design. Security isn't the most polite and doesn't speak English, so good luck getting into the bldg if you don't speak Portuguese!

Bom custo benefício. Só achei a comunicação bem complicada até o dia de entrar no apto. Ficam disparando mensagens automáticas pedindo envio de documentação que já foi aprovada e isso gera insegurança. Mas depois que entrei, deu tudo certo. Boa localização e silencioso.

Locação muito boa. O imóvel é bem novo e tudo bem equipado. A localização é ótima e tem várias facilidades perto. Recomendo muito!

Espaço muito confortável e agradável. Tudo muito limpo. Para quem não gosta de barulho, talvez pedir um andar mais alto, já que a rua da frente é bastante movimentada a noite. Porém, a porta da varanda veda grande parte dele.

A hospedagem é bem localizada, em frente a uma rua de bares e 250m do metro. Precisa incluir mais sacos para lixo e não dispõe de ambiente de laser para os hóspedes. No mais, é confortável e vale muito a pena.

O banheiro precisa de atenção especial: falta prateleira no chuveiro para colocar shampoo, sabonete, etc e a cortina estava velha e suja. Falta secador de cabelos também. Sugiro deixar mais sacos de lixo para reposição e pano de prato na cozinha.
