I arrived at the hotel a few hours before check in - The chef a lovely lady welcomed me but there was no manager to check me in. She called someone and then I called Tamas I think the manager who said I was early. I said I'm extremely tired and hungry (as I left after work and meal on the Aegean was terrible) I need a room to shower and some food. He said he will look into it. Staff member Vangelis arrived about 30 mins after who gave me the purple room (2), n said I would get a breakfast (not full) however will not get a breakfast on last day. Had a shower (dodgy) had bfast 2 fried eggs on bacon bowl of fruit of coffee Greek pastry with n a jar of orange juice. All great. The two ladies working there are very very hard working and fantastic 5*. Downside no kettle in room (if you don't give kettle don't leave teabags, cos we can't get hot water out of the nespresso machine (which I tried) had to go down to the reception if you need hot water. Tap water is salty so no chance that making a cuppa😂. Unlike most I'm not a coffee drinker as it gives me palpitations!!! therfore missed having a cuppa. Take a universal socket hotel don't provide. 7 days was too long. Felt the entire island was exhausted and fed up of serving tourists. They didn't like being asked questions n assumed we knew everything. Some very rude and some not bothered either way. It left a bad taste. Won't be going back to that island. Not all what's its cracked up to be. Been there done that! Ticked the box.

We had a very relaxed and chilled time in the Green Room - which met all of our needs. Only downsides were the constant noise from the jacuzzi at night (kept us awake for 2 nights) - the heat of it is very intermittent and only hot 70% of the time. The day staff are not always about if required and generally can be found chatting to the owner of the local shop (Jimmys). It’s only a 2 min walk away but can be an issue if you need anything. When found, they are always very helpful and sort all of your needs. Highlights are location, views, breakfast and the pool. We would go back but after looking around realised there was slightly better for the money maybe.

This small hotel has pros and cons. It is removed from the crowd in Fira - about a 15-20 minute walk to the Fira bus station and center of town. Our room had an incredible view. It is quiet, and pool area is very nice. The rooms are smallish and not laid out well. Tiny closet. TINY bathroom with a tiny shower (I am not a big person at 129 pounds) that leaks water all over. The bathroom would benefit from a few hooks and a shelf somewhere. The breakfast each morning was varied and more than ample. The ladies who brought breakfast and cleaned the room were very sweet and helpful. The gentleman who checked us in, however, although outwardly friendly, also gave the impression that we were bothering him with every question we asked. Additionally, I tried to contact this hotel in several ways after our reservation was made by a travel agent about things to do on Santorini, and they did not answer one of my emails, even when I translated everything into Greek.

Hotel staff was amazing and very friendly. The B&B had a very homey feel to it which was lovely as we were with our 3 kids. Location is right along the foot path that leads to fira with amazing views. Pool was perfect with the kids. First night kids had the most perfect Queen room with a small sitting area that was made into a bed for our 13 year old. Room is small and cozy with the best views. Had a small cave pool with a nice outdoor sitting area where we enjoyed an incredible breakfast that was delivered promptly at the time we specified. On night 2&3 we moved the the Master Cave suite that had enuf room for the 5 of us. Just a word of caution that it’s super hot at this time of year in santorini and the loft bedroom was hot. This room had no view or privacy as it’s just next to the reception area. The room it self was a bit dated but clean. There was only 1 bathroom which was a bit problematic for a family of 5. Overall we thought the location was excellent and Senses was a good choice as the staff was amazing. My advice to a family would be to book two suites - the ones right on the foot path as they practically share the outdoor space and that would be more practical for a larger family.

Exceptional and outstanding view, great location ( but 150 m walk including stairs with the luggages) Amazing service ( thanks Dimitri and Samas) and a five stars breakfast right at our door in the morning ! We had the Master cave suite which offers a private mini jacuzzi and a private terrasse with a 6 places table and long chairs to enjoy the sun . I warmly recommend this place for a memorable stay in Santorini!

The photos are fake. Very disappointing. They portray the “ cave “ rooms as something special. They have no air ventilation. I have respiratory issues and they mention nothing about this. The “ private jacuzzi “ is off of the small room they call a lobby.. in in the open. There is zero privacy. -Very poor. Would Never stay here.

Location outside the crowd but near everything, with nice pool and sun beds/umbrellas to chill all day. Hospitality of staff was amazing, our every need was fulfilled, great tips what to see, where to eat (with reservations handled by our staff), what to do. Our room was quiet, spacious with terrace and breathtaking view. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, room was cleaned on our request. Breakfast was for like 6 people not 2, and it was different every morning. We got complimentary fruits and drinks when chilling by the pool. We would like to come back sometime.

Staff were very rude, would not recommend. Hotel worker profiled us and assumed we didn’t have a reservation, and then threatened to call the police on us. Ended up staying in Oia instead, it was lovely.

The staff I have encountered are incredible. The hotel is subpar. Extremely tiny and messy shower and really really terrible wifi. I have been Unable to utilize anything requiring internet except text messages. I Would not stay at this hotel again.
