酒店位於黑沙灘區域，雖然停車不太方便，但是酒店的設施服務衞生都非常棒，還送了我們一瓶紅酒，太驚喜了。

Summary: This hotel is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as it is all hills and steps (pretty steep, slippery and lots of them!). We will not be recommending or returning to this hotel! And probably not return to Santorini, which is suffering from too many tourists, especially large cruise ships without the infrastructure to cope! Sucha a shame for a pretty island. BTW. We fell in love with all the other islands we visited during our Greek island hopping holiday. Back to Nano Suites! All the TripAdvisor 5* ratings persuaded us to book this hotel. A mistake! Some of the reviews have negative comments and yet still rated as 5* !!! Also, I can now see that one review was NOT for this hotel because it mentions being “right in the middle of Oía”. This is obviously a different hotel! The good bits: Sunrise in a peaceful, quiet setting. Clean, spacious, beautifully furnished rooms. Ali and Marios are helpful, lovely, gentle men. The not-so good bits: 5 min walk from their car park up a steep slope of uneven, slippery, difficult cobble steps! The hotel is built on a hill so every public room is on a different level with steep unaided steps i.e. no rails. The rooms have air condenser units and air conditioning units because the rooms are and damp! This, means noise all day and NIGHT! The breakfast food is very average. We had 3 weeks on 4 different islands in the Cyclades. The food here was the worst we had! There is no manager “on the ground”. Meggy stays in the office; busy with administration. We planned to use the bus service having been told that the bus stops in the village. However, the bus does’s stop on the village any more, but on the main road with an impossible walk to the hotel. My fist husband found it hard with our bags. It was impossible for me with replacement hips and slightly weak muscles. I’m not disabled at all, but the walk from the bus stop is not suitable for those with any mobility limitation. The village restaurants are difficult walks steep slopes of uneven, slippery, difficult cobble steps! We ate at the village restaurants: Metaxi Max and Anemoloos. Anemoloos is a friendly, family-run restaurant; the food is OK and average price for Santorini. Metaxi Max is suffering from it’s success and greed - see my separate review for Metaxi Mas.

Recientemente nos quedamos en los Hermoso Luxury Suites en Santorini. En resumen, me gustaba este pequeño hotel. Nuestro cuarto era amplio y limpio con vistas al océano. El desayuno estaba incluido y se sirvió comida caliente, aunque era el mismo día. La piscina es agradable. Zach era muy acomodable y muy útil. El hotel está cerca del aeropuerto. Además, se hace conveniente llegar a la isla porque todo está disponible por coche. La piscina es muy agradable y limpia todos los días. La comida es muy buena, pero no es muy buena, pero es muy buena.

While listed as a two star hotel, I would more accurately rate it as a five star cave hotel. What a beautiful view, comfortable room, and attentive staff. We spent 5 nights here (on our last as I type). We received an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. It was WONDERFUL, and a very pleasant surprise. Costas and Faye, along with the rest of the staff strive to please, and have great recommendations for both dining, and activities. The highlight of our trip was the catamaran cruise. While not inexpensive, worth every penny. Every morning when I walked out on our balcony, we continued to be amazed with the view . Breakfast each day on our balcony was fabulous. So glad my wife chose this hotel after reading previous recommendations. You will be pleased to stay here.

El personal estaba sorprendente y se fue de su camino para ayudarnos cuando lo necesitamos, desde el check-in, para consejeros sobre el viaje y todo entre. La calefacción fue una vista muy agradable después de un largo día de montañas subiendo y caminando (atravesar la calefacción a Oia si tienes la oportunidad!), y siempre fue caliente. El desayuno se sirvió cada mañana, y siempre había más que suficiente para comer. Nos encontramos a sólo unos 10-12 minutos a pie a las tiendas de Fira (con grandes vistas a lo largo del camino), por lo que nunca nos sentíamos lejos de lo que queríamos hacer, pero Firostefani es mucho más tranquilo que Fira, así que fue agradable volver a la habitación después de un día fuera No estoy seguro de lo que está pasando con las camas, pero nos despertamos descansamos todos los días! Probablemente el mejor sueño que hemos tenido en vacaciones.

There are no words to describe my wife and I’s experience at Eteoro Suites. Upon arriving in Santorini, we actually had a car service pick us up from the airport and took us straight to the hotel. Our driver, Thanos (yes, that’s his real name) was extremely welcoming and gave us an insightful introduction to the island. Upon arriving at our hotel, our amazing helper, Gelo, literally carried our carry-on luggages from the car all the way to our hotel through the winding paths of Imerovigli. An impressive feat to behold! When we got to the front desk, Mrs. Mary and Petros were there to greet us and hold on to our luggage while we explored before our room became ready. What an amazing property! Our first room (Grand Suite with Private Pool) is a two bedroom suite with private pool. It was so clean and spacious especially for the two of us but could easily accommodate 4 people. The view from the room and the pool was incredible! The caldera view is amazing along with the sunset views! Our next two nights were booked in the Honeymoon Suite with Outdoor Jacuzzi which was only one level down but was spacious enough for the two of us and still has an amazing view of the caldera. Our breakfasts at both rooms was set up each morning by Gelo and were always so delicious! Everything was fresh and bountiful. We were never hungry in the mornings! The staff at Eteoro Suites is truly top notch! Everyone was always welcoming and professional and accommodated all our needs! Imerovigli is such a peaceful area especially compared to Fira, so we highly recommend booking Eteoro Suites if comparing hotels! Do not hesitate! You will get your money’s worth by staying here!

Yo no tenía una señal de televisión durante 2 de los 3 días durante el Eurocup y me informó que era debido a la construcción como resultado de una señal débil. En el restaurante Finikia se dio una señal clara a la que respondió el MVP, que estaba en la carretera principal, que no tenía ninguna clave para la seguridad y que se me informó de que el técnico estaba desaparecido en Atenas debido a una emergencia familiar. No puedo creer que nadie más pudiera haber arreglado la caja en toda la isla o incluso el MVP no se fue a la milla extra para que se reemplazara. La piscina cueva estaba muy iluminada, lo que creó un entorno peligroso para mi hija de 9 años, a la que el MVP no respondió. También cuando nos encontramos en el hotel, debido al tiempo de las 8:00, nos informó de que no había portador disponible para ayudar con el equipaje. Aquí está el hotel, donde se encuentra el hotel.
