Mala experiencia, gente poco atenta, el desayuno es muy pobre, cambian las toallas y hacen la limpieza cada tres dias. Un desastre y no por culpa del huracán

We enjoyed the convenience to Sanibel, Bunche Beach, gas, grocery store and restaurant. The staff always greeted us when we entered or left. Breakfast was very good.
Unfortuneately we could not watch the Super Bowl from the comfort of our room as the hotel did not carry CBS. Also we were disappointed that our room only had 2 small drawers for our clothes (we stayed a week)and there was definitely space for additional drawers. There was also only one light by the beds, which was not enough for the size of the room. More chairs/sitting area would have also been nice. With these improvements it would be an A room for our needs.

Visiting Sanibel to get engaged. The "heated" pool was freezing cold - the hot tub out of order. The room had a dehumidifier running constantly and the room reeked of mildew. We had a wonderful view of the dumpsters and parking lot lights that blinked spastically all night.
The location is convenient to the beaches but traffic from construction made going 7 miles an afternoon affair. Happy to support businesses recovering from a hurricane but PLEASE stop advertising pools and hot tubs that are unusable. It's deceitful and just wrong.

It was great even though they were recovering from a devastating storm. Our room was clean and just remodeled after the storm. Breakfast was outstanding and a great part why we enjoyed staying there.

The property is in ok condition considering the major hurricane that ravaged this part of Florida. It was convenient and priced right for our stay in the area. A number of very good restaurants are nearby. I didn't like that the room had no phone, and that room servicing was not done daily.. Overall our stay was pleasant.

Was very disappointed with this stay- the rooms smelled like mold, they had dehumidifiers that you had to empty.plus I’ve never seen a darker room. Hotel was still damaged from the hurricane,they didn’t tell you that until you were checking in- breakfast was horrible, hot tub was closed for algae, concrete busted at the top of the steps, total tripping hazard.concrete walking surfaces were absolutely filthy… never heard of a pressure washer??? Front desk people were clueless and not helpful at all—WOULD NEVER EVER COME BACK!!

This is a wonderful place to stay. The room we had was clean and spacious. Everything in the room appeared new, bright and clean. Audrey was one of the kindest and most helpful specialists we’ve ever met making us feel very comfortable requesting any information. Great selection and availability of restaurants nearby. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely return here in the future.
