When I arrived I was given a different room that wasn’t the cleanest and smelled. The following day housecleaning knocked on my door as I was stepping out to go eat to tell me that I needed to pack right away and go to original room (no communication was made prior to this) and I told them I’d do so when I returned from my appoin**ent. When I returned all my stuff had been mov d without any communication and the door was open. They touched all my personal belongings and stuffed whatever they found in whichever bag and I felt so violated so I enquired but all they could say was “we know it’s wrong to touch your stuff but sorry”. I’ve traveled all over the world but I have never had anyone walk into my room and pack all my stuff especially without my knowledge so I was really uncomfortable after this. The second room was cleaner but still smelled because neighbors were smoking on all floors clearly. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It used to be good but it’s really not that anymore. For your peace of mind just go to a proper hotel

This recently opened property is conveniently situated just a short walk from Sandton City. It's very modern in style with vibrant colours on the walls. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Got to the accommodation, they had been double booked (this is the second time it has happened to me). After an hour they put us in 407. The linen was filthy, clearly had not been changed between vistors. The dustbin was full of used condoms when we got to the room, we staid 2 nights and they never emptied the bins. Shocking!!

When we got to the sandton skye we had to wait 15 minutes for keys. The the guy tell us they dnt have the keys they lost it and someone is making a set as we await. Another 20min went and still nothing. I go to receotion demanding a refund. They decide to place me in another room. Very disappointing
