Beh, che dire dopo aver letto le recensioni, quasi tutte negative, stavo per annullare tutto, ma appena arrivato mi sono dovuto ricredere. Aria condizionata funzionante, piscina in perfetto stato, unica pecca acqua alta min 1,60 , mass. 1,90. Posizione ottima per una visita ai templi di Agrigento.qualcosa sulla pulizia, come foglie di palme secche, lasciate in giro, vicino al parcheggio, insomma con un pò più di attenzione avrebbe meritato le 5 stelle. Non mi pronuncio sul ristorante perché non ho pranzato, solo colazione sia dolce che salata.. Personale alla reception cortese e disponibile.

Soy propietaria de la agencia de viajes M&R Tours, de Argentina, colaboro con Absolute Sicilia, empresa italiana de viajes de larga trayectoria. Reservamos este hotel para un grupo de viajeros, del 15 al 18 de mayo de 2024. Muy lamentablemente a tres de ellos les faltó dinero de la caja de seguridad. Las denuncias están hechas y el proceso seguirá hasta concluirlo. El trato del personal jerárquico del hotel ha sido deficiente. Trabajamos un año para organizar un tour de estas características. Estamos muy angustiados por este percance inesperado que deja un sabor amargo en todos los integrantes del grupo, no sólo de los afectados. Esperamos que el seguro del hotel responda por el dinero sustraído, y ojalá recibamos también una respuesta a la altura de la situación de la gerencia del hotel. El hotel es lindo pero viejo . La ubicación es muy buena.. el desayuno bien . ( es de 8 a 10 hs. ) Pero hay algo que realmente me pareció malísimo el check out es a las 10 de la mañana, bajo ninguna forma te dejan quedarte una hora más sino pagas, siendo que el hotel estaba vacío . Muy mala predisposición la gente de conserjería. No vale como un hotel de 4 Estrellas

Le han regalado una estrella y media. Habitación y WC propio de un tres estrellas, la ducha muy justa para su uso. Los comedores son amplios y la ubicación junto al mar es ideal. Para aquellos que sufran de cuello o espalda, la almohada es excesivamente abultada (personalmente tuve que utilizar las toallas para dormir mejor). Wifi regular y desayuno sin excesiva variedad.

This is a very tired hotel, we had to change rooms 3 times within our two night stay. Breakfast was poor, the swimming pool was empty. Our first room the safe did not work. Our second room was the worst, it smelt very musty, there was mould on the walls. The curtains did not close fully.

The hotel is located at a good ocean facing location. However the hotel had not turned on the air conditioning yet so it was hot in the night. We opened the balcony door but there were mosquitoes came in the room and we couldn’t sleep because of that. I would suggest the hotel to turn on the AC as the area has lot of mosquitoes so keeping the windows/doors open in the night is not ideal.

The hotel is a bit dated, but I appreciated the antique style and very spacious rooms. This hotel is in a very touristy area and I was there at the end of October, so many of the stores, restaurants and attractions in the area were closed. My impression is that this is a lovely hotel to stay in during the summer when it it hot. The pool is enormous and it has great views of the sea.

Another group hotel. Mattress was the worst of the worst. Lots of mosquitoes in the room created a nightmare. While it's located close to the beach, that's really all it's got going for it. Another buffet breakfast.. lousy cappuccino too. Don't bother choosing this one...

Awful hotel. Not tired but exhausted. We stayed one night(more than enough) We had bedside lights BUT without bulbs. They put A bulb in one of the lamps not both. Breakfast a joke. Be warned. Don't book this hotel

For me this hotel give me one of the best vacation experience! The front desk staff two women and a young men when out of their way to help me whit every need I had even if it was out of there responsibility and or scope of work. I needed to travel to Palermo airport but the train authority was working on the rails we spend a lot of time figuring out what was the best plan of action to make this 3 hours trip a great experience w/o me spending 12 hours waiting for my flight at the airport. So I took the bus and spend only 2 hours at the airport to come back home Bravo!! Noeme the pool attendant and Alfonsa the room service ladie were particularly helpful in making my day go by smoothly and enjoyable wile sleeping well. The breakfast staff remember how you like your coffee after the fist morning, do I need to say more?

Our overall review is of a poor establishment. For a 4 Star hotel there is no complimentary drinking water in the room, in an area where the tab water is not drinkable; there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room; they charge 3 euros each for a pool side towel; however there is a phone in the bathroom…. Is that why they got a 4 Star rating? Cleaning is good. Beds are comfortable; breakfast is below average (don’t get coffee from the machine if you care for your life…) ask the waiter. All in all the place has a rundown feeling…. Great potential but no will!

Hotel on the water, no beach. Clean room and sheets. Fairly comfortable bed. Hard pillow. Hot shower in large bathroom. Small fridge with pay for mini bar items. TV. A/C controlled from front desk. Large balcony with chairs. Elevators Good breakfast. Friendly desk staff . Lovely pool.

During a recent trip to Sicily we spent 3 nights at this hotel. It is not a very nice hotel to say the least. The rooms are extremely well worn, they should have been redone years ago. The breakfast is mediocre at best - canned fruit every day, we’re in Sicily why can’t you have fresh fruit. The only thing the hotel has to recommend itself is a nice pool, but be aware that swim caps are required for all swimmers and there is a fee for a pool towel. Also, the pool was closed for most of one day when we were there with no explanation. Yes, the hotel is near the water and some rooms offer great views. That doesn’t make up for towels with stains and holes. The staff “hides” away, for example there was often no one at the front desk. I will never return to this hotel. The worst hotel I’ve every stayed in.

Thankfully stayed for just one night at The Discouri with a vjv tour. Very basic rooms in dire need of refurbishment. Fridge not working properly and no tea/coffee making facilities. Air conditioning was dreadful, very noisy and could only be regulated at hotel reception ( who refused to oblige). Bathroom not great, there was a shower curtain which didn't look too clean. Don't think they should use them in the era of Covid, very unhygienic. Breakfast was OK nothing special. Staff on reception unhelpful and dismissive. Can't understand why vjv keep using this place.
