Valoraciones de Holiday Inn San Diego Bayside, an IHG Hotel

Habitación limpia y espaciosa! La estancia fue agradable. Nuestra habitación estaba en silencio, solo escuchamos a algunas personas hablando en bajo volumen. El personal que nos atendió fue agradable. Las comodidades eran buenas. No proporcionan cepillo de dientes ni pasta de dientes. ¡Pero se proporcionaron secador de pelo, gel de baño, champú, acondicionador y loción corporal! Sería mejor si proporcionaran un hervidor de agua (pero sé que la mayoría de los hoteles no lo hacen). Y estábamos en un grupo de 4, podían verificar la información de los huéspedes y darles 4 toallas de baño en lugar de solo 2.

Nos lo pasamos muy bien. El personal fue muy amable y atento a nuestras necesidades adicionales. Nos quedaremos de nuevo.

Great location and near to the airport I like the hotel because has shuttle service

地理位置不錯，靠近海邊，單酒店就類似於國內的快捷酒店，硬件一般，空調和排風扇都很響。停車比較方便，但要付費21美金一晚。另外奇葩的是車在酒店內部從大堂到客房竟然不能直通，需要停大堂check in結束後再開到大馬路繞到客房停車位。 性價比總體不高。早餐還是不錯的。

El hotel decia que incluía desayuno y no lo incluye, el cuarto olía muy feo

Hice mi reservación con desayuno incluido y a la hora del check inn me dijeron que no.

Fue una opción conveniente para una estancia agradable y tranquila desde el aeropuerto. Por la mañana tomamos un delicioso desayuno en el restaurante del hotel y rápidamente nos dirigimos al puerto para hacer turismo. Nos sentimos seguros y cómodos.

Me gustó el personal del bar y cafetería junto a la bahía. La piscina estaba bien. El aparcamiento estaba bien y la presión del agua hacía que duch**** fuera agradable. Pero... la habitación apesta, no realmente. El lavabo del baño estaba roto por completo. El lugar era pequeño, ¿no había microondas? ¿En realidad? El servicio de habitaciones era apenas. Y estaba sucia en la ducha, la alfombra y el patio apestaba a fabreeze y colillas de cigarrillos. Holiday Inn tiene una reputación mundial que mantener, este es un gran destino turístico y usted lo arruinó. Malo. No sólo eso, sino que me cobraron tarifas exorbitantes por el alojamiento. Este hotel no estará en mis planes futuros.

I would have given 5 stars except for the shuttle pick up at the airport. I had to call 3x and it still took over an hour. That is unacceptable

A renovated older property. Main downside was when the air would shut off there was a bang that followed but was so tired I’ve sleep through most of them. The property is spread out a bit so be prepared for that.

Pool was closed for maintenance until Feb 14. Couldn't find any mention of this before booking the hotel! Staff did let me checking really early though (around 6am rather than waiting until 4PM) it did mean having a very limited selection of rooms but I was more interested in getting checked in than worrying about where my room is or what view I get. Shower was cold, couldn't get it o heat up, coffee machine in the room was a nice touch but no water provided for the machine. Unsure if the tap Walter is ok to drink or not as I know many places in USA it is not. Fridge was set to a good temperature, the place was quiet all day and night. Staff at reception were extremely helpful, they also have a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport. Tipped the driver because he seemed like a nice guy.

Room phone wasn’t working when trying to call the lobby. Also, the water in the shower wasn’t working for us. Again, no way to fix it as the phones didn’t work for us, nor I was going to walk at 5am to the lobby to informed them about the water situation.

They were great we had an early check in and a late check out without any problem so great full

Rhe hotel location was excellent for short walk to variety of restaurants and short shuttle to the airport.
