Buen hotel con spa para relaj****, la única decepción que tuve fue en el restaurante de la noche, la carne estaba muy mala.

Si podría definir este establecimiento con una sola palabra,este sería: RANCIO. Como punto final a un viaje por Italia quise darnos un pequeño capricho con una noche de estancia en Fonteverde. Error absoluto ya que se convirtió en la experiencia más cara, y peor, de todo nuestro viaje. Habitación: al hora de hacer el check-in nos dijeron que nos hacian un upgrade a una habitacion superior. Upgrade o downgrade???? La habitación era minuscula con vista cegada por la parte trasera del edificio. Esto es el upgrade? ¿Como era entonces nuestra habitación original? Restaurante: Un fiasco absoluto. Dos personas: 225 euros, con solo un plato de carne a compartir (120 euros), y guarnicion de patatas y verdura (15 euros cada una), y el tiramisú más ridiculo de nuestro viaje (otros 15-18 euros). La calidad no nos gustó, y el precio, mejor no valorar en profundidad. Pagamos 3-4 veces más que en cualquier otro restaurante de Italia, con una calidad muy inferior. Para colmo, varios clientes del restaurante estaban con sus perros. Un perro en la mesa de al lado no dejó de molestarnos en toda la cena con sus gruñidos. En suma: terible Spa: La piscina exterior bien, pero los circuitos interiores difíciles de entender con una indicación y limpieza deficientes. Desde luego no recomiendo este hotel para personas "terrenales". Por lo que vimos, muchos clientes de este establecimiento se creen pertenecer a un mundo superior.... Por MUCHO menos dinero, hay miles de hoteles y restaurantes en Italia

Fonteverde You are stunning! The moment you arrive all your troubles melt away! Reception was friendly and a quick check in. The rooms are small but beautiful! The showers are so tiny but everything else is so wonderful it makes up for this little mishap. The spa services are Devine I would recommend an oxygenated facial and deep tissue massage. So professional, clean and amazing! The baths /pools are fabulous! I absolutely loved being in them till they closed , it’s amazing for star gazing!

We have been to Fonteverde 5 times so far and every time our experience gets better and better. The food, the premises, the attention to the details all are superb but the biggest asset are the people. Everyone from the moment we arrive until we leave is so nice and genuine. They all remember our names and are always there to make our stay even better. It would be impossible to mention everyone but just a few to whom we came across more often during our last stay were Jonathan, Sarah, Emma, Anna Maria at reception, Lucia at the Spa, Francesco (Ciccio) and all his staff at the restaurants. Compliments to all of you guys! Cant wait to be back there in few months!

The setting of the hotel was magical, the scenery was just beautiful. And the many pools and hot tubs were just what we needed fora relaxing weekend in Tuscany. Couldn’t ask for more. The staff was most helpful as well and accommodated every ask.

Our stay at Fonteverde was beyond our expectations... everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay and left completely renovated and relaxed. The thermal areas are unique, all the staff extremely professional and experienced, not to mention the amazing quality of the restaurant. I would recommend to anyone booking to include the half board to their reservation in order to full experience what it actually Fonteverde: a piece of paradise on earth.

Third time we are back to this beautiful spot. The thermal baths remain outstanding and the location too. Perhaps due to its full occupancy the service at the hotel has worsened since last time. First with an underage daughter sleeping in a different room (was not possible to add a bed in our room) she was booked in a room opposite side of the hotel. Ordering room service required 4 calls. At reception long ques with no one at the concierge desk. Service is key for a hotel of this level and it’s disappointing to see it worsen in time.
