This Hotel Really is not a Good and Understandable In Relation with the Online Booking they will not Accept Refund even you are there in the Hotel Personally to Explain your Situation you'll be Sorry!!!!

Both male receptionists that I visited each time were terrible in their customer service. When I arrived, he could see I was struggling with my luggage and didn't offer to help, he was doing nothing. He gave me the wrong key card as well where someone was already staying in the room. Then another time, I asked a different male receptionist where the big bin is so I can dump my old luggage and he just said it's out in the back but it was hard to find and I had to ask the cleaners. The cleaners were friendly and helpful and offered the best service. I was able to get new towels and dispose wet ones as the shower is small, the water leaks onto the toilet floor. The window doesn't close and bugs come in. Very noisy as you can hear the planes and the McDonald's drive thru speaker is ridiculously loud. When I exit, the female receptionist was very hospitable and friendly.

room was small and water tap was making squeaky sounds when being used. room wasn’t that clean as well with the price point. other ibis outlet is much better. quite expensive for such a unclean and small room

Hotel was in a great location with good parking. Room was reasonably clean and quiet, with great AC. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't use the laundry/communal iron as it was always busy and a bit of a mess. Room was small but still good value for money with a comfortable bed.

Price expensive for a Very small room
Sink is near the bed
No sink in the bathroom
Charging phone on top of the sink
It can wet with water from sink your phone due to small area
No amenities
Not worth for the price
Australia hotels are very old hotel and very expensive

Best cheap hotel is dubai like 5 star hotel but still cheap compared in Australia, very old and very expensive. When in Australia stay in apar**ent not hotel

The room was small, however it had everything we needed for a night's rest before long flight the next day. The hotel is located a little out of the way from the city center, but has convenient access to a bus stop that brings you to the nearby IKEA or towards town. The room was clean and did not smell musky.

Smelly beds. No aircon or fan in the room. Dirty walls and no clothes hanging hooks in the bathroom. Not worth the money at all. So disappointed.

Good place to stay before flight. 40 min to walk to T2. Close to hotel there is 24 hours McDonald's and KFC to buy some food.
Smal.room, clean bedding, warm shower. Minimalism but it is enough
