Me gustó mucho la atención del barman Kevin, cuando llegué sentí una atención muy personalizada por su parte, teniendo un amplio conocimiento en su campo, siendo siempre respetuoso, pero brindando buen tema de conversación además del sentido del humor. El hotel me gustó mucho por sus instalaciones, comida y demás, gran parte de la experiencia fue dada por el gran talento y carisma del chico

El hotel es excelente, pero durante los 3 días de estancia, en una de las habitaciones se encendía la calefacción de forma automática llegando la temperatura de la habitación a más de 29 grados lo cual es insoportable para dormir. Lo comentamos en recepción en dos ocasiones y su respuesta fue que conocían el problema, que sucedía en varias habitaciones y que no podían hacer nada. Que si queríamos en compensación nos regalaban el desayuno, cosa que no aceptamos. No se entiende que un hotel de esa categoría no tenga los medios para solucionar un problema así y que te aconsejen abrir la ventana para que baje la temperatura de la habitación. Es tan vergonzoso como inaceptable.

Loved the quiet room facing the inner courtyard, modern appliances and daily cleaning. Staff were super accommodating and sweet! The only thing I guess is the cost of breakfast (25) is a bit much for the very modest spread. Also the booking page said a room includes spa access but then you are charged to actually use the spa so the wording is a bit misleading. Either way I had a great time !

The hotel is very beautiful, nicely made, the hotel bar is prestigious. When I came there was a vernissage of an artist, and a pianist playing. The room was very cosy, nice bathroom. My only very bad point was someone broke my car window and stole items. Not hotel’s fault, but I was in the parking Louise, the nearest, and advised by the hotel. Be careful this parking is not so secure, and it often happens (said the parking employee) Thank you

My stay at Harmon House was an absolute nightmare, made worse by the management's dishonesty and lack of accountability. The hotel hosted a party featuring loud electronic music and an unruly crowd of boisterous guests, which continued until 4 AM. The incessant noise made it impossible for my three-year-old daughter and me to get any sleep. At no point during the booking or check-in process was I informed about this event. Had I been, I would never have chosen to stay here. When I raised my concerns, the manager was dismissive, condescending, and unhelpful. The management now falsely claims they had offered me another room in the hotel, which is categorically untrue. The only alternative presented was to move to a different hotel at 10:50 PM, an impractical and disruptive option for a parent traveling alone with a toddler. I reluctantly stayed after being assured the disruption would end after one final performance at 11:00 PM. At approximately 11:30 PM, the party was relocated within the hotel, but the noise continued unabated until 4 AM, repeatedly disturbing us throughout the night. The hotel’s token offers of compensation, such as a free breakfast or spa access, were insulting in light of the miserable experience we endured. Sleep is a fundamental expectation when staying at a hotel, and this establishment failed spectacularly to deliver even the bare minimum. Worse still, they refused to issue a refund or offer any meaningful resolution. This situation was a blatant bait-and-switch: the hotel deliberately failed to disclose the event, prioritising their profits over guest comfort and honesty. Their actions were deeply extractive, and the lack of transparency is inexcusable. If you value peace, respect, or integrity in a hotel, do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs.

Very beautiful hotel. Outstanding service and staff. Arthur was super friendly and attentive, he helped me out with any questions i had. Room was clean and comfortable. The gym was very well equipped and taken care of. Really enjoyed my stay.

One of the best hotel gym I ever visit with modern equipment. The hotel receptionist was very helpful, friendly and professional. Arthur, if you are reading this, thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. You were so nice and kind and I hope all the best!

What a great hotel! I‘m still blown away by the service, the room and it‘s lovely interior and the incredible spa and gym facility! We were warmly welcomed by the super kind receptionist with great expertise. She made sure that our entire stay was as good as possible. The spa was a very exclusive and calm place to spend a day at and the spa service too was top tier. 12/10 would recommend ober and over!!
