Tres bon séjour, literie tres confortable et chambre spacieuse. Personnel agréable.
Juste dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée.

I love everything about Bellepierre including the course meals, the room, bathroom, internet connection, the view of Reunion Island, basically everything! Although I haven’t got the chance to take a dip on the pool because it was out of order during those times.

Clean and comfortable room with a lovely view of the ocean and St Denis. Breakfast was approx 21 Euro per person with a reasonable choice of food. Staff were very friendly. The pool area was nice. The hotel is not in the main area and higher on the hill, so be prepared for some walking or taxis. FYI, no milk/creamer in the minibar if you have this in your tea/coffee.

We spent several nights in this hill-side hotel. Staff was friendly, speaking acceptable English without hesitation. Our room was on the basement floor without any views. Instead we where granted specal wake-up service provided by the hotels gardener - mowing the premise starting at 06:30AM on two consecutive days. Futhermore the shower is of terribledesign and results in complete bathroom floodings. The pool does not offer the promised views over Saint Denis as its obstruced by a terrace occupied by tables and conference guests. Parking is provided but quite crowded. We needed PCR tests for or onward flight but staff could not help us get any appointments or give directions - as this is very important for many travellers in COVID times, management should train staff to assist patrons with those now essential services. Gladly the hospital is near and they provided the service. Overall the hotel is way to expensive for the provided experience.

We were greeted with smiling, friendly faces and some delicious juice. Our room was clean and comfortable. Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and curious. The view from our room was breath taking. We enjoyed our stay very much.

TRÈS BELLE EXPÉRIENCE • Un Check in rapide et efficace • Une chambre spacieuse Le point fort de cet hôtel c’est vraiment « LE RESTAURANT » le dîner délicieux et je pèse mes mots avec une vue imprenable. Un petit déjeuner plus que complet avec des produits frais et faits maison et surtout un buffet encore chargé malgré notre arrivée en fin de service. La serveuse du petit déjeuner ce jour là était très accueillante et professionnelle. On a quitté l’établissement avec mon compagnon avec des étoiles pleins les yeux. BRAVO!!! BINTI

Nous y sommes allés en couple avec mon mari , la personne a l’accueil agréable, mais nous avons dit bonjour à la serveuse en face , et sans réponse , qui détourne la tête: pas très accueillant, idem pour la suite quand nous avons commandé des cocktails, elle soufflait… pas un sourire .. très décevant au niveau de l’accueil Puis le soir au restaurant de l’hôtel, nous avons retrouvé un bout de plastique dans le plat … nous n’avons pas voulu faire d’histoire, mais au moins le signaler . Pas de geste commercial.. bien déçu mis à part la vue qui est très belle . Dommage pour le reste mais nous y retournerons pas .

Chambre au top, lit confortable, vue incroyable sur Saint Denis. Le petit déjeuner copieux, varié et très bon, serveuse accueillante et serviable. Accueil à la réception à revoir. Piscine pas digne d'un 4*.
