Worst hotel very unclean rooms, room service doesn't clean rooms, the room utilities are not working . worst staff including the manager, very arrogant people who doesn't understand what customer service is and they refuse to help with simple issues saying it is not there responsibility, they changed there policy without giving notice just because it is convenient, they even hang the phone on you while talking!!

Large fenced car park free to guests attached to the hotel. Really nice welcome upon arrival, and great to find the bar available as we were ready for a drink after our travels. Rooms typical Ibis, compact but with everything you need, comfortable bed, clean and well maintained. Our only negatives with the room was probably the decor and carpet which was extremely dark together with the towels which were very thin and had seen better days. The carpet had a black background with yellow pattern, which made it very difficult to see anything that was dropped and made the room very dark. Breakfast was typical Ibis continental with coffee, orange juice, pastries etc. but was included in our room rate so no complaints. As the hotel is pretty remote and little else to choose from to eat out we decided to eat in on both nights. The food choice was fairly limited but was OK, well cooked and reasonably priced. We booked this hotel as we were visiting the Palace de Versailles. Although it is 3 miles (5km) away it is an easy pretty level straight walk which takes about an hour, but suited us perfectly as we enjoy walking. Alternatively there is a bus stop on the main road about 100 yards away from the hotel and it is an easy drive by car. All the team we spoke to and met during our stay were very helpful and friendly.

La limpieza no se ha hecho correctamente, el frigorífico que estaba en la habitación era sucio y había pequeños puntos negros en las moldes y en el fondo del frigorífico. La habitación está muy cerca de la habitación, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Incluso preguntábamos si era posible conseguir un agarre, pero se negaron a darlo y nos dirigíamos a conseguirlo nosotros mismos del baño. En general, una experiencia decepcionante, y la acústica fue bastante mala, ya que usted podía oír a algunos huéspedes hablar tarde a la noche, fuera del hotel, por supuesto, hay espacio para eso para los huéspedes, pero las ventanas/muertas no pueden mantener El sonido de la parte posterior no es óptimo.
