Excelente servicio por parte de todos los empleados: recepción, restaurante, conductores hacia parking y guardaesquís,... Desayuno excepcional. El spa también es genial. La distancia entre edificios puede ser un poco mayor de lo habitual si tu habitación está en el más lejano. Si el hotel estuviera a poca distancia de los remontes ¡sería perfecto!

Excellent, helpful and attentive staff. They go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Very clean room and hotel, beautiful spa, inside and outside pool, kid friendly with a room to play, overall very and modern interior. Situated just off the center and with free shuttle service. Highly recommended, one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at.

The hotel is beautiful BUT the service is terrible. The front desk team has no idea about customer service. Incompetent. Interns working at check in had no prior experience how to work at a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately the beautiful hotel did not make up for the complete lack of service.

Aesthetically very pleasing all round and there’s a wonderful spa only the outside pool could be warmer. The hospitality is very warm and the team has an endearing “can do” approach to every request. Especially helpful are Julia, Kevin, Ann Francoise, Astride and Aleck but really the ambience generated by the whole team was “this is your home, so be at home, we are here to make your stay perfect”.

This was my third consecutive year I have stayed at the Capra . It's a fantastic hotel in a super ski area It's not glitzy or ritzy, but a niche boutique hotel that sits comfortably at the quiet end of town. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. I've been lucky enough to ski in many resorts in many continents but would say in summation The Capra is a bit special.

Excellent environment, kind staff, charm atmosphere; was fantastic! The hotel is great, the town also is fantastic, for ski is the best. The food and facilities are great; I strong recommend to stay, all people repeat year by year in this hotel.

Perfect location, homey but luxurious design with impeccable finishes. Staff are plenty, young & eager to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The bed is huge, literally feels like sleeping in a cloud. Après ski spa meant my legs were ready for the next day of skiing. Restaurant is as good as everything else: sophisticated yet local and unpretentious. I loved it!

My stay at the Capra Hotel was wonderful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The facilities were beautiful with a cool and cozy chalet vibe. The spa and pool were super nice. Breakfast was really delicious. Amazing place to stay in Saas Fee! Hope I can come back again :)

Beautiful place! The rooms and the facilities of the hotel are very well made and with attention to details. The spa is really nice. Rooms are very clean and the service is impeccable. The food at the restaurant is a bit overpriced
