Hotel Hubertus Rzeszow

This hotel is well located in the center, near restaurants and groceries. I arrived in the night (21hs) and it was not difficult to find open places. It's also 10m walking distance to train station. The hotel has some old decoration, but well kept and clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is generous and the dining room has light and space between tables. There was no liquid soap in the shower. Heating was kind of low, but they provided me with an electric heater.

Hotel was right on the square. We were I. Room 206, room was lovely and warm but there is no lift which is a pain. Bathroom was big. Never eat here. Looks a bit dated but was fine, it was clean and central, would stay here again. It is 10 mins walk to bus and coach station, we went to krakow for the day. If no one in the ticket box for the train, make sure you find the conductor on the train and not wait for them to come around as you will be charged a penalty. As it was December the Christmas market was on. Not lots there but it was lovely. Do many restaurants and pubs. A big shopping centre near by. Really enjoyed the trip. The hotel booked 2 taxis’ for our party of 6. The price was confirmed 65zl by the hotel receptionist. When we got there, the driver charged the first taxi 63zl and our taxi charged 109zl which was very disappointing. It was not about the cost but for the fact it wasn’t a fair price do to be aware and make sure you pay what they said. Habana restaurant steak was lovely and the pub called ‘Jack’ on the square was lovely food. To note shops are shut Sundays with done shops also shut in Krakow on the Sunday.

Accommodation base is not so well developed in Rzeszów. Not so big choice of hotels in the centre for some good prices. We have chosen this hotel which is located actually just near Old Town Main Square. They have own parking at the back of building which is great advantage. Please ask staff for exact address. Breakfast was OK. Service was very helpful and nice.
