Está bien para una estancia rápida.. las instalaciones ya están algo viejas es evidente . La limpieza está bien pero podría mejorar

Staff were friendly, the room was spacious but very cold. Kettle in room no tea, coffee or cups very strange lol. Holes in the curtains. The location is good and a great bar next door, very nice cocktails. The hotel would not be ideal for people with mobility issues.

Hotel on a floating Chinese restaurant and supermarket on the river Maas. Had a lot of character and the staff were really attentive and friendly. Bonus points for the buffer restaurant being amazing!

Sadly disappointed. We were quoted a price of 90 euro per night and we were charged 138 per night. This was what we were told was for their best room and it was unacceptable. The room had a very steep interior stair that had a non funtional handrail that one couldn't get their hands around it to assist you to use it effectively. The curtains on the windows were dirty and dusty. My allergies were so badly affected, we asked for a different room. The second room had poor ventilation, the AC didnt work and they had fans in the room that kept the stale air moving and remained uncomfortably hot in our room. We would NOT recommend this hotel and would appreciate a partial refund for being overcharged what we were initially quoted.

New Ocean is no Paradise. It's a good-looking floating hotel near the Euromast, with a good if over-priced Chinese buffet restaurant on the ground floor. But the rooms, costing us 120euro a night, are awful. While they are large, they are dirty and have no amenities. The bed we had was uncomfortable, the TV didn't work, and everything was shabby and tired-looking. The bathroom was basic and the drinks provided were never refreshed in our three day stay. Can't recommend this place.

Just got home and left €50 deposit which should not of been taken and have seen that it has been taken twice if my card? Now I have to get this returned when it is a security deposit and shouldn’t have been taken!?

Omg this place is unreal, room not clean, very tired. I travel for work and stayed in some absolute dives but this was extreme, 30 degrees outside, no Aircon working, no opening window, 14 million pissed up Chinese people shouting at 02:00 in the morning. And all for 180 euros a night and they have the cheek to ask for 50 euros for a key deposit. One positive is the food was nice down stairs but 30 euros each it should be. Tried to use the tv, which was mounted .so bad you couldn't see it from bed, literally facing the ceiling. Couldn't find remote, went to counter told tvs don't work anymore as nobody watches TV anymore.
