Hotel 77 Seventy-Seven - Maison d'Art Collection

Qued**** en un hotel parece depender de la suerte Reservé 2 noches por separado (la otra noche la reservé en otro sitio web). No sé si fue al azar o algo así, pero me asignaron a otro edificio cercano para la primera noche. Era básicamente como un hotel allí. Tan pronto como entré al edificio, fui recibido por basura. La habitación, el olor a alcantarillado en el inodoro es un poco fuerte, la mayoría de los accesorios metálicos del inodoro están oxidados, la ducha está extremadamente oscura y el aire acondicionado es sólo para uso doméstico. Al regresar a la sede del hotel la segunda noche, ¡estaba tan lejos! La higiene es normal, no hay olores y el espacio es grande. La sede es como el cielo. ¡Me ascendieron inesperadamente y dormí muy bien!

El transporte del hotel es muy conveniente. Está a 6-10 minutos a pie del metro o de la estación de tren. También es muy conveniente caminar a otras atracciones. También hay muchos restaurantes cerca. El hotel también se considera limpio. El desayuno no está mal, no hay muchas opciones, pero todas son básicas La comida ahorra tiempo en comparación con salir a comer. El personal de la recepción también es muy bueno. Lo único malo que decir es que el aislamiento acústico de la habitación es un poco pobre. Puedes escuchar el sonido cuando abres la puerta y entras y sales de la habitación contigua. Las luces del pasillo en la habitación se apagarán automáticamente después de 10 minutos. Esto no es bueno, cada 10 minutos para abrirlo de nuevo por mí mismo.

La ubicación era excelente ya que estaba cerca de Roma Termini. También estaba a poca distancia a pie de las paradas de autobús de todas las plazas de la ciudad, calles comerciales y atracciones de Roma.

Do not go here. If it’s the last thing that you do, the shower was broken the spa is not even a real spa. The water in the jacuzzi was cloudy and it was located in the basement. It was very dirty and had a weird smell. The sauna was moist like a high school locker room I was very scared to sit in it. Salt room, more like lights LED lights behind a plastic screen with garden rocks jabbing my feet with lawn chairs facing the wall. We were told we were getting the upgraded suite come to find out it was on the first floor with a view of a concrete wall. TV wasn’t working. The shower head was messed up which resulted in water spraying everywhere. The staff itself was very helpful by holding our bags until we returned for a flight after checkout. I do not recommend !

Hi there, I was staying in 306 from Oct 27-29 I just want to express how upset I have been with my entire stay here at your hotel. This would be the first time I have ever complained about any business of any sort. First off I did not get a response from anyone in regards to a transfer from the airport to the hotel. I was still in Madrid when I emailed in regards to a transfer. I waited 2hrs with my daughter at the airport to even be able to get a driver to accept to take us to the hotel. 2nd upon arrival the room itself was not even close to a 4 Star Standard. There was hair from the previous stay and food crumbs in the sheets. Even used clothes was still in the room. Also had we known earlier that there was blankets available, we wouldn't have used our sweaters and jackets as blankets. Even the sink in the washroom is clogged and doesn't even drain properly. 3rd I just simply could not sleep anymore. My last night here, My 10 year old daughter and I could not sleep due to the arguing and domestic assault occurring outside and inside the hotel. I have video footage from this evening/morning. Had the police been contacted sooner, guests wouldn't be complaining about these other guests arguing, punching, slapping, choking, and screaming throughout the hotel. I personally even went to the suite itself to help the situation as it was unbearable to let it just pass over and just sleep it off. I just simply want a refund. I hope to hear from management.
