La cama una piedra, todo super sucio y nada higiénico, un montón de bichos por el cuarto, todo con moqueta y sucia no lo siguiente, el desayuno unos bollos con cafe aguado y leche, las maquinas de zumo no iban estaban en las botellas, había gente que ni desayunaba al ver lo que había, lo único bueno que el personal era majo y no nos cobraron parking, pero este hotel tiene que cerrarse o hacerle una renovación completa, porque no pasa ni las reglas de sanidad requeridas

BED BUGS we stayed here for 1 night and everyone in our party was badly bitten by bugs in the room ! This hotel needs to be inspected as I suspect it would not be three stars it would be shut down by environmental health ! Staff are rude and unhelpful Easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in , I would have been better sleeping on a bench in the train station ! AVOID AT ALL COST !!

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in , three stars is absolutely laughable ! The bed sheets were stained , the room had damp mold , the staff were rude and unhelpful , AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

È stato un vero e proprio incubo,appena arrivati ci siamo resi subito conto che sarebbe stata una delusione…Appena ci hanno assegnato le camere,nel bagno c’era la ruggine perché l’acqua non si chiudeva rimaneva aperta anzi l’abbiamo trovata già aperta,in ogni parte c’era una polvere incredibile. Siamo andati subito a reclamare in reception,non ci hanno dato molte spiegazioni ma almeno ci hanno cambiato la stanza,(di male in peggio),nelle stanze c’era una puzza incredibile…Vi consiglio di non andare perché davvero c’è il rischio di prendere qualche malattia

Le foto che vedete dal sito non sono per niente reali,già da fuori sembra un hotel abbandonato. Un ascensore che sale e scende per miracolo. Per non parlare della pulizia delle camere totalmente assente. Fare una doccia in quella stanza significa rischiare di prendere qualche brutta malattia. Stanze piene di muffa con una puzza assurda… Bisogna solo SCAPPARE quando entrate in questo hotel,proprio come abbiamo fatto noi con due notti prenotate e pagate in anticipo. Ho i brividi

Hotel da incubo,da chiudere immediatamente.i controlli per l'igiene dove sono?? Va chiuso immediatamente Quando si apre la porta della camera una puzza di muffa ti travolge La tavoletta del wc é guasta e farsi la doccia é quasi impossibile

Arrivati in 8! Due famiglie ci rendiamo subito conto che ci troviamo in una topaia!!! Sapevamo di non aver prenotato l’hilton… ma non pensavamo di trovare letteralmente la cacca!!! polvere che cade da tutte le parti… carta da parati in stoffa che parla di morti… bagni luridi… piumoni sporchi e macchiati …. Muri neri!!! Immaginate con 4 bimbe …… all’1 Di notte ci cambiano di stanza! Reazione allergiche a due persone su 8 per la polvere ….. la mattina mi dicono che mi avrebbero fatto un bonifico … rispondo che se non mi rimborsano la notte successiva mando la asl!!!! Chiaramente mi rimborsano!!!!!! In contanti!!!! E subito!!! Colazione …. No comment! Vi prego evitate per la vostra salute ! Roma è bellissima peccato per questi inconvenienti….. Salentini in vacanza!

Arrivati in hotel ci hanno consegnato le chiavi senza consegnarci il telecomando della TV e dell'aria condizionata ma questo non è nulla a confronto della nostra reazione entrate nella stanza , stanza lercia con finestra che non si chiudeva , il bagno sporco privo di ogni norma sull'igiene,pigiando sullo scarico Ci siamo accorte del rumore simile ad un aereo in partenza che persisteva allora siamo scese per farci dare un'altra stanza e il signore alla reception con una disinvoltura per niente turbato dalla nostra lamentele ci consegna le altre chiavi che dire... Di male in peggio è a dir poco cosa consiglio ai prossimi clienti?? NON FATEVI ABBINDOLARE DALLE IMMAGINI NON SONO VERITIERE SEMBRAVA UN Hotel Dell'orrore IL TAXISTA CI HA CHIAMATO PERCHE PENSAVA FOSSE UN HOTEL ABBANDONATO E NON CI TROVAVA DETTO CIÒ NON VALE LA PENA SPENDERE SOLDI IN QUESTA STRUTTURA E SOPRATTUTTO NON VALE LA PENA ROVINARE L'IMMAGINE DI UNA DELLE CITTÀ PIÙ BELLE DELL' ITALIA CON QUESTI SCANTINATI CHE SI FANNO CHIAMARE HOTEL .

A fuire !! Quand on est passé devant j'ai cru que c'était un vieil hôtel fermé, fenêtre cassé, sale, extrêmement mal situé. Le voisinage? Des ***********, et un pont infondé de préservatifs usagés!!! L'accueil et le personnel, pas de soucis, ils sont gentils. Le petits déjeuner, à éviter, il n'y a quasiment rien à manger, la vaisselle est sale, les boissons chaudes et les boissons froides sont tièdes. Quand à la chambre, vieille, délabrée, ded meubles cassés, une fenêtre cassée, le sol pas propre. Je suis plutôt cool en général, et peu exigente, mais là vraiment, n'y allez pas!!
