La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. La Boca de la Verdad está abajo. Puedes ver gente haciendo cola a través de la ventana. También hay un edificio en ruinas fuera de la ventana. También está muy cerca de la parada de autobús. Cuando sales y Camine hacia la derecha y llegará rápidamente a la Plaza del Congreso. En Piazza Venezia, se recomienda tomar el camino hacia un terreno más alto en la parte trasera para contemplar las ruinas de toda la ciudad antigua. El servicio del hotel también es muy bueno, llegamos casi a las 11 y siempre había alguien esperándonos para ayudarnos a llevar nuestro equipaje, el minibar solo se usó una vez para hacer el check-in, con muchas bebidas y nos entregaron galletas. todos los días El horario del desayuno es muy amplio y está disponible hasta las 11 en punto los fines de semana. El estilo de decoración es estilo moderno italiano, muchos detalles son exquisitos, los utensilios de cocina están completos y el aislamiento acústico es muy bueno. No se pueden escuchar las campanas fuera de la ventana si no abres la ventana. La experiencia de la estadía es muy bien.

Los pros: hermoso edificio, interesante combinación de arquitectura clásica y mobiliario y decoración contemporáneos. Situado cerca de algunas de las principales atracciones turísticas de Roma. Los contras: larga espera en recepción con un solo personal para atender a todos los huéspedes. Cuando quieras hacer una pregunta cuando una familia acaba de llegar para registr****, ármate de paciencia. Nuestra solicitud de salida tardía fue denegada rotundamente, poco reconocimiento para el estado platino de por vida. Los escalones del hotel dificultan el desplazamiento con maletas pesadas.

We bought a New Year's dinner at the hotel. The service was very poor. The restaurant administrator is not responsive and professional. The impression of the holiday is spoiled. Although the dinner was a la carte, the staff did not serve drinks and wine, everything was done by the guests themselves.

I chose this hotel based on many positive reviews from many platforms. And I experienced all of the positive reviews. And for the first time I would recommend hotel to my friends and families/relatives. The two rooms were the best : the view, size and amenities. To my surprise, the minibar provided as complimentary. Breakfast : the best breakfast I ever had after more than 30 years traveling for both leisures/family and business trips in Indonesia, Asia and Europe. On top of the buffet menus, we were offered breakfast that personalised for our needs/tastes. Now, two weeks after we left the hotel, my wife and daughter keep telling me about to comeback again to Rome just because this hotel …. All the staffs were helpful and almost excellent. Keep the good work guys, as this hotel’s experiences were the oasis in many disappointments about Rome. One small note : It was a little bit difficult for me to find this hotel, and taking up two large luggage up to the hotel lobby was a little struggle

Wonderful place to stay! Breakfast options are buffet or place an order on menu, buffet is wonderful! Close to many historical beautiful sites including colosseum! Staff helpful with what to do where to go, gives you maps makes suggestions, calls your cabs etc! Def stay here again

The hotel itself is great - rooms are spacious and very clean. Access to everything walking distance. Restaurant staff was extremely service full and friendly. My only complaint was the hotel counter staff will not honor any of the Marriott membership benefits and do whatever they can to raise your rate. We were charged $400 more than our reservation rate for a 4 nights stay. The checkout attendant was not friendly at all and really should not be working in service - he put the only sour moment into what is a very good hotel.

This boutique hotel is an excellent location to stay if your visiting Rome. The location is very central and the staff is very friendly. Special mention - barman Micheal. Best cocktails and he does it with style. Also Joseph was very accommodative. Will certainly visit here again.

The Palazzo Velabro is a newly renovated hotel in the center area of Rome just behind the Forum and Palatine Hill area, just a few blocks from the Colosseum and directly next to Arch of Janus. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, fully stocked with luxurious bedding, full sized toiletries, robes, slippers, Nespresso Coffee, and in our case, a family apartment with kitchen and sleeping sofa. The staff is beyond wonderful and went above and beyond to give us area information, call taxis to and from airport or when we had early morning guided tours to Vatican (you can walk, we just chose taxi), and to ensure our comfort. There is a restaurant in the hotel that is understated in decor, but has the most talented chef I have encountered in years (and I’m no stranger to Italy or Europe). We enjoyed 3 exceptional meals there (one in our room when we checked in at 2200/10 PM) and had fabulous service. The food and prices were better in the hotel restaurant than in comparable locations in town to include Trastevere. The pasta is hand made in house, and so is the most delicious, crusty, salty focaccia I’ve ever sampled. The hotel and restaurant are immaculate and quiet. The rooms are soundproofed and modern with lighted closets, marble, and beautiful rain showers. The price for our 2 bedroom 2 King, Sofa sleeper and Kitchen suite was so low I thought there was a mistake. The other hotels with similar accommodations were 2-3x times the expense, but in noisy areas further from the Ancient ruins part of the city. The price may go up as the hotel becomes more established. Also, I realized during our stay that the reviews we read prior to our reservations were years old. This is explained by the fact that the hotel has new management and has been under renovations for 3 years. My family was only the second set of guests for their grand opening last week of March 2023. Finally, for the first time ever, I wasn’t ready to leave vacation and return to my own home and bed. The hotel is that good. To the staff of Palazzo Velabro and it’s Ristorante….Thank you for your attentive and thoughtful service, your kindness, and the happiness you brought our family during our 5 nights in Rome. Great location. Very clean property and room. Room was quiet and quite a good size. Very nice place.
