El hotel no es grande, muy delicado, y el paisaje del sol es hermoso. El desayuno es un paquete de comida y tiene un peso suficiente. Un café / té + un café de fruta + un desayuno (elección), los niños no tienen desayuno, y un punto de 92 yuan. El spa del hotel es muy cómodo y el entorno es bueno en el precio. Dos personas 1H 1000K Indonesia. El gerente Mayo está muy entusiasta, gracias por su invitación a cocktail. La tumba de la isla de Longoku es muy mala, y hay que prestar atención a la defensa.

Right from the first moment of stepping into this beautiful hotel until you leave, you are made to feel like royalty. The staff are professional and friendly ; the service is second to none. My partner and I stayed a week and made use of all the facilities - including the spa and the gym. We had to do some exercise to counterbalance the enormous breakfasts- served on the beautiful wooden terrace. The food was delicious (both breakfast and dinner). On three occasions we ate at the spectacular Kliff restaurant with views looking out onto the sea -the perfect place to watch the sunset whilst listening to the waves crashing against the shore below. Truly magical. Our room was beautiful over looking the sea - sumptuous pillows and bedding, great shower - everything you would expect from a top hotel. Also worth a mention is a visit to the Gillie isles (a short boat trip away) to go snorkelling and have lunch - this was arranged through the hotel. Having never snorkelled and not sure what to expect, the whole experience was seamless and personalised. The snorkels etc were ready for us, along with towels and mineral water provided by the hotel. We saw turtles, clown fish etc - a fabulous day. We will definitely be returning to this hotel!

We stayed here 15th-22nd July 2023 Although the hotel is located on a beach, it's not really a swimming beach, as there are a lot of rocks, visible at low tide, although surfing lessons were being conducted during the day. The breakfasts were a little disappointing, not due to quality but to it being menu choice only - we missed the usual Bali, Thailand buffet, with plenty of fresh fruit. The pool area is excellent and the spa was very good. The room and bathroom amenities were good, apart from the ever-present Nescafé coffee sachets. However, the BEST PART about the hotel was the staff! Professional and GENUINELY friendly - think Bali 30 years ago. Oh! And no one tried to rip us off! We would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND the hotel for couples, although based on our observations, probably not the best place for families.

One of the best hotel options that you can choose in Senggigi. The hotel is spacious and lovely, the hotel staff are super friendly and helpful, the check-in process also fast. The hotel has the amenities and facilities which you may need during your stay. The view is directly to the beach so it is very suitable for those who come to enjoy holidays alone, or with family or friends!

We just loved the Merumatta. It is a massive property fronting onto a beach. Rooms well appointed and lovely . Good location. 1 min to Poppies restaurant, bar hostel. 5 min walk to sport bar and other restaurants. Breakfast not to my liking unless you like eggs everyday or cereal. More local cuisine. Sunset bar beautiful for cocktails with a happy hour. And nice menu. Now beds 😴 Probably one of the worst beds I have ever slept on. To the point I had to get medication for my back.. Staff exceptional in helping with this. Thank you

Muchas gracias por nuestra cómoda estancia en el hotel yr. Soy de Rusia y traje a mamá conmigo para ver y explorar la hermosa Indonesia 🇮🇩. Estabamos 5 días en mayo 23 en Deluxe Ocean View. Ambos nos disfrutamos de nuestra estancia, especialmente: 🌟el personal muy hospitalario y atento. Chicos, 5 estrellas para usted y nuestra especial agradecimiento a los de restaurante: Sunny, Wowan, Habib, Arman y enviar nuestras gracias a la cocina 🙏(Lo siento si me equivoqué con los nombres yr) Usted está haciendo el trabajo yr muy: muy considerado, El restaurante nos ha pedido comida y hacía 30 minutos para que se entregara, gracias a Sunny y Wowan y a la gran cocina; un día incluso pusieron Krupuks extras, ya que me gustaban. ¡Gracias a las chicas en la recepción! (No recuerde los nombres 😏) Super hermoso y útil 🙏 🌟el territorio es agradable: con hermosas vistas más una gran piscina grande con todas las instalaciones necesarias 🌟limpieza de las habitaciones y buena calidad de muebles, ropa de cama! Puro, temprano y muy encantador para permanecer en las habitaciones y disfrutar del tiempo en el muy espacioso balcón (de nuestra vista del océano Deluxe) 🌟AC está trabajando muy malas cosas/ desventajas 👎y cosas para mejorar: ⛔ No había Internet en absoluto - así que no pude hacer mi trabajo distante y perder dinero bcz de eso(((( (Se dijo que esto estaba en toda la isla.. algún problema pero sin embargo NO WiFi y ⛔No hay TV de trabajo como el trabajo depende directamente del trabajo de Internet ⛔algunos rincones en El territorio no es limpio y con algunos viejos sabores, no usados.. por ejemplo, la zona de spa está cerrada y las escaleras sucias como no en uso. ⛔La línea de playa es muy pequeña y algunos rubis allí cuando los locales vienen a ella y dejan la basura 😔 y es totalmente imposible nadar causa nos dijeron que hay inundaciones y ondas y por eso no es seguro
