This new hotel, which only opened 4 months ago, is gorgeous. The staff is fantastic and so helpful, and the rooms are HUGE! It is located a short 7 block walk from the Kingdom Centre Tower in the financial district of Riyadh. The food was great (I had the breakfast buffet each morning and one evening we ate on the rooftop restaurant). Jahiroul was our server in restaurant for buffet, and never let our coffee cup get empty. Can't say enough good things about the Cantonal. It's probably more of a business hotel than family, although I saw families staying here. I will most definitely come back to this hotel when my husband and I return later this year. The wifi signal was extremely strong, something that can't be said about every hotel. My only suggestion would be softer pillows. We returned in July 2023 for another business stay. Same great service; staff even remembered us! Jahiroul Alam, from Bengladesh, was again our server in the restaurant. He was extremely attentive to our needs. This trip I used the workout room, which is about the size of most hotel gyms, so adequate. Everything in it was clean, well maintained and new. Water was readily available. I must commend the reception staff for helping us when we discovered our cell phones would not allow us to make or receive calls or texts. The manager called the hotel driver who took us places and then returned at an agreed-upon time to retrieve us since we could not call a taxi or Uber. Just can't say enough good about the staff and hotel itself.

Best 5-star hotel in Riyadh. The amazing team and business+leisure location - all time favourite in Riyadh. The view from the rooms are breathtaking and the food is truly sumptuous. You can be sure to see some genuine smile at people at the this place who truly care for you to be best!

Muy bien situado, pero muy elegante y muy antigua. La habitación era muy buena, pero no se podía encontrar en el hotel. Se recomienda si usted está buscando un lugar decente para permanecer y no se preocupe por las telas en el duche como si pudieran hacer con una buena limpieza!

The location is at the end of the kingdom Tower. There is another Novotel nearer to the Kingdom tower if you are looking to be there. The amenities at this hotel is great. No issue getting uber ride. Bed and bathroom is clean. However, there was a few nights i need to ask for towel and bathroom mat as the cleaner forgot to put back but is a small matter. Overall a great stay as bed are firm and nice :)

出乎意料的滿意！ 原以為預算之內的沙特的酒店會比較破舊。之前看了很多攻略，還是比較擔心，特地挑了一家開業兩年的酒店，這一次的入住非常滿意。 首先酒店位於菲律賓人的聚集區，因為周邊有三家大型的醫院，很多菲律賓人在醫院裏做護工或者基礎類的工作，所以附近亞洲餐廳非常之多，中國人不用擔心吃飯。周邊超市餐廳都非常多，還有一家中國麻辣燙，如果接受CT walk的情況下，可以在傍晚六7:00走到一些地標性的建築，比方説王國中心大概就一個多小時。 第二酒店的房間設施非常的新也非常的乾淨和寬敞有窗户通風，但是酒店沒有健身房沒有健身設施，這是一個比較大的減分項。 酒店早餐品種還不錯，以當地餐為主，一般就是大餅夾着奶酪或者是煮的豆子，牛肉之類的，相對來説品種比較豐富。 前台也比較熱情，但來了入住和退房的時候感覺還是比較懶散，但是免費幫忙打印了簽證資料，總體來説還是比較滿意。

如果的士司機對周圍不是十分熟悉的話，這個酒店可是有點難找的哦！網站上顯示的電話號碼和房號也並不十分的可靠。但是，這個酒店坐落的地方卻是十分的優越的，它位於（哥倫比亞）奧拉亞地區的中心地帶。購物中心，政府大樓以及醫院等都包圍在這個小小的地方四周。酒店的服務不僅十分有效率，而且價格也是很優惠而合理的。當然啦，酒店服務員也是十分彬彬有禮的！

Muy recomendado, sólo elija quedarme aquí, pasé media mes aquí en Sands Inn Hostel Villa Riyadh, es un lugar tan grande para quedarse para sentirse cómodo y limpio, una manera más que otro albergue que he estado en antes, gran valor por dinero, Es el mejor albergue en Riyadh Arabia Saudita, El propietario fue tan útil y generoso, Villa Hostel tiene 4 espaciosas áreas comunes que es fácil de encontrar, cocina está bien equipada con todo lo que necesita y más, piscina, Gim es también otra ventaja. Puede lavarse y Iron tus ropa, también tiene una ubicación perfecta en el centro de la ciudad, a pie del Museo Nacional y algunas otras atracciones turísticas, también cerca de muchas tiendas, restaurantes y estaciones de autobús, fácil acceso con parking disponibles. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad.

En general, el personal era amable, pero parece que necesitaba más formación y experiencia en el servicio. También tienen problemas de pago, sin cambios si usted paga problemas de transacción con dinero o tarjeta. Mi estancia fue durante dos semanas en el negocio y viendo que el personal raramente comunica con los visitantes, me dio la opción de salir en un día determinado, accedieron a mi seguridad y me vacían todos mis bienes personales y los trasladaron al lobby sin mi consentimiento.
