This hotel is good value for money, breakfast fits Chinese people taste well, suitable for business trips.

Amazing hotel! Room is spacious, bed is soft and very comfortable. We kindly requested later check-out since we checked in after midnight, and they accommodated our request. Room has a work table with stationery. Good toiletries and comfy bathrobes are provided. Concierge service is outstanding. The location is slightly far from all the main tourist attractions, so bear this in mind. Will definitely stay here again if traveling to Riyadh.

Managers are liers and no body care your problem I already tried my best to cancel one night and they lie to me and after i check out they said sorry cannt cancel and not easy to find the managers because alwys not available alwys no reply . It is the most bad situation i have ever seen , i meet the manager and he only care to make his staff pay the night fees because they told me you can cancel the night Cleaning second day not available and bathroom has problems I slept on the floor because of the drain wich is not safe 经理是骗子，不关心你的问题，我已经尽力取消了，一晚他们对我撒了谎，在我退房后，他们说抱歉，无法取消，而且不容易找到经理，因为总是不可用，总是没有回复。 这是我见过的最糟糕的情况，我遇到了经理，他只想让他的员工支付夜间费用，因为他们告诉我你可以取消夜间住宿。 يوجد مشاكل في دورة المياه مياه ضعيفه جدًا ووجود مشكله في الصرف مع هدم ترتيب الغرفة وعدم اهتمام الادارة ولا يمكن الاعتماد عليهم في حل اي مشكلة هدفهم الرئيسي التهرب من المشكلة المدير لا يرد علي الجوال وغير موجود معظم الوقت انصح بعدم التعامل معهم لهذه الاسباب
