No pudimos visitar Hrishikesh según lo planeado debido a una emergencia médica repentina en la familia. Habíamos solicitado varias veces al hotel que nos devolviera el importe o nos sugiriera un día alternativo según la disponibilidad del hotel para poder reprogramar. Pero no aceptaron ninguna solicitud porque el propietario del hotel no estuvo de acuerdo con ninguna de las opciones. También solicitamos a MakeMyTrip que investigara el problema, pero tampoco hicieron nada diciendo que dependía del hotel. 2700 rupias fueron en vano. Una experiencia muy patética en general. Esto demuestra la empatía y el coraje de todos los involucrados en esto. Siempre solía reservar hoteles desde la aplicación MakeMyTrip, a partir de la próxima vez definitivamente intentaré evitarlo y evitar estos hoteles en Hrishikesh cuando planee visitar la próxima vez. Un lugar conocido por el culto a Mama Ganga y Devadid Mahadev, donde los hoteleros obtienen muchas ganancias, pero no tienen la actitud básica sobre cómo lidiar con la situación en caso de que algún cliente tenga un momento difícil, todo se trata de ganancias y de cuánto dinero generamos en cualquier medio.

Nice location. Decent rooms & good staff. Just opposite par-math niketan and git a bahavan. Many eateries and cafes around. Walkable distance to janki jhula and ganga river.

I stayed here on a trip with my best friend, and as two women traveling together, we found the hotel to be a safe and comfortable choice. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal—just a short walk from the ghat and Parmarth Niketan Ashram, and also close to the Beatles Ashram and Janki Jhula.
There’s a lovely, clean café upstairs with a nice view where we enjoyed some good food, which we found satisfying. The rooms were tidy, and the washroom, which was a big plus for us, was hygienic and well-maintained. The overall condition of the hotel was excellent, and everything was well-kept.
The staff also assisted us in renting a scooter for the day, which was reasonably priced. Overall, we had a pleasant and safe stay, and we would definitely return in the future and recommend this property to others.

Nice and clean room. Very good staff. The location of the hotel is very apt. They also provide pick up and drop and also bike rental services. The food on the roof top restaurant is just awesome.
