I had a paid reservation for 3 people. In my stay day, my car broke down and had to tow it back home. I rented one car. I arrived late because of all these issues. The front desk clerk had only one room available with one king bed. He even offered me, politely, if I wanted, I could find another room around. Tired, with car issues and only one bed for three, I got the room and agreed to a 40% discount for the night. Next day, I mentioned my accord and requested to see such discount on paper, the clerk on that time did not want to and asked me to call in week. I called and was told the request was in process. One month later and this hotel management do not want to grant their part of the deal. Room was okay but the desk lamp was broken, I called front desk, they do not have anybody else to help but the person on the front desk, and he couldn't fix it. I couldn't use my laptop because the others wanted to sleep without the lights on. My concern is that hotels like this only want their money invested back with interest, a lot of. They do not offer at least good quality stay for money, it is just: give me, give me!
