Fue una experiencia terrible, todo el hotel lima a *********, los baños todos raspados. muchas piezas enmudecidas , pero sobretodo la seguridad había gente drogándose por todo el hotel en areas comunes y en los cuartos. en conclusion mi pero experiencia

The mgr., Deborah was gracious and very accomodating. She suggested a couple sites to see and we took her up on it. So glad she mentioned Pinnacles- awesome views of the moon(or so it seems). She recommended the rest. around the corner and they were excellent. Also, the lady at check-out in the morning was very kind.

As this was not our first time staying here, there is a reason why we kept choosing this place every time we visit this area. However, this time, there is a slight problem that needs your attention immediately. While the property is excellent and the pricing is quite affordable, you might want to look into a pest problem that seems to have arisen. We saw a cockroach in your bathroom, and whoever cleans your rooms need to pay more attention to small areas like corners of the room. While the stay was excellent, we noticed some trash left behind by previous guests in the corner of the bathroom. We suggest you clean better next time. Other than that, the stay was superb, nothing to complain about. Your staff was very professional and friendly. The area is safe. We would stay here again!

Checked in for a one night stay. Aside from some minor cosmetic issues in the room, all seemed okay until later in the evening when a bedbug was found on the floor of the bathroom and a second was in the tub. We travel often so we’ve done our research on bed bugs and are fairly well educated on what to look for. There was no mistaking these for some other type of bug! I had checked the bed upon check-in and that appeared fine. We switched rooms and the desk clerk was very accommodating. She said no other incidents had been reported so here’s hoping it was an isolated incident. The second room was less comfortable with a mattress that tilted and the whole floor was quite dirty. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The bathroom was to small for the door. .. bathroom door did not close all the way. .. overall the place was quite nice and peaceful. Very clean. Cable needs fixing.

The toilet had a problem as the water was running when I went into the room. Told management about the problem as I had to open the tank top to stop the water from running.
Had to be and easer way to get the program on the tv
People talking lound outside after midnight Friday and Saturday night. Something early Monday morning 4 am.
No car noise but just people staying up outside smoking or drinking?
