Volvería de nuevo en un abrir y cerrar de ojos y recomendaría a todos que lo visitaran y lo atendieran con estilo, comodidad y amabilidad.

Had an amazing time, alexandrod was so friendly and welcoming! Highly recommended soooo relaxing! Edy expedienced masseurs with very strong tentitive hands•. My Mrs came out absolutely glowing. Zhe was very unpressed aith her facial. Loved it, the most relaxing end to an amazing holiday.

Alexandros and the team were excellent. Visited the spa with my fiancée who received ‘mum to be’ trea**ent whilst I received a deep tissue massage. Both trea**ents we had were of a high standard which relaxed us for the rest of our trip. Highly recommend.

Beautiful junior suite with view of the bay, very quiet and relaxing with our own pool , water too chilly in May ! However we used the delightful spa with very welcoming and attentive staff. The facilities are state of the art with a serene ambiance. The indoor pool was a delight kept at a perfect temperature . My husband and I are a little too arthritic for the cool pools outside at this time of the year when they haven’t yet been heated up by the sun , so the spa pool was the perfect place for a relaxing swim . We’ve had the most amazing time @ Gennadi Grand Resort. From the moment we got there we received a warm welcome from the staff. We were taken to our room in a buggy, which was cool. Our room was one of the junior suites which was over looking the reception pool & the view we had was beautiful. We were given all the information we would need throughout our stay. Fresh water was replenished everyday for us. The staff at reception, the cleaners, staff at breakfast, dinner & lunch were so friendly & attentative & made us feel so welcome. The facilities are great the entire place is spotless & super clean. The little beach was a gem & just a stones throw away. This holiday was so relaxing, we loved every minute of it. Thank you all & we look forward to seeing you all again soon xx

This was our first visit, we had an amazing holiday. As soon as we stepped through the hotel doors we were greeted with a drink and a face cloth. We were taken to our room via golf buggy. We came back to our room on one of the days and they had given us a bottle of wine and a fruit basket which was such a lovely gesture. We couldn’t fault the food or the staff overall. Very clean and our suite was amazing. Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Penia in the bar was so friendly and welcoming. We tried a few of the a la carte restaurants (the steak restaurant and oyzo restaurant) which again we could not fault. The whole place was spotless and the staff are constantly keeping it clean and tidy. We spent some evenings watching the entertainment which again was very good. In the day by the pool they have a few hours of entertainment, the sax player was great. We decided to have a spa trea**ent, we were again greeted by alexandros who was so welcoming and very knowledgeable, we went for the hammam experience, I would highly recommend this package, you get the hammam and then a massage and I can say it was the best massage I’ve ever had! The staff again in the spa were all so lovely I even went back for a pedicure! There is a small shop on the resort too which is really handy as you have a fridge in your room to store drinks etc. Honestly cannot fault this hotel and we are already looking at returning.

Just came back from vac to get some rest. it actually worked perfect. The hotel is one of a kind. The Architecture, the facilities, the staff...everything was perfect. Especially i want to mention the kitchen staff. The leading team was everywhere checking every spot with food, from the main restaurant to canteen.The food was awesone. I had the oportunity to talk with the Executive Chef (dont remember his name) about the enviromentally friendly identity of the hotel and im still clapping. Overall we had one of the best holoidays ever..We will try to come back next year

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Gennadi Grand Resort and had a very lovely holiday. This was our second visit to Rhodes, previously staying in the Sheraton in Ixia 10 years ago. On arrival to Rhodes we rented a car. In other reviews people talk about how remote this hotel is like it's a surprise to them...unless someone else booked their holiday they should have done their research and realised they'd need either a rental car or to be getting on the bus alot if they wanted to explore. In our opinion renting a car is essential wherever you stay on the island as you should be getting out and seeing the beautiful villages, mountains and beaches far beyond the main tourist sites but we realise we are lucky that we drive to be able to do this. We drove to the resort, an hour from the airport on pretty much one road seeing goats on our way. We parked in the free car park and made our way inside. First thoughts were how beautiful it smelled inside and how pretty the lobby area was. We were greeted and told to take a seat and given a glass of something pink and fizzy. After being given room keys and info about meals (we stayed half board) we were taken, with our luggage, on a golf buggy to the room. In the room a few pieces of fruit, two very small wraps and a bottle of wine waited. In all honesty this is why this review is 4 stars instead of 5. We had last eaten at 12pm before our flight took off and arrived at the hotel close to midnight and the food left in the room for us wasn't sufficient. We could have ordered room service but there was an additional charge for this on top of the food cost which we thought unreasonable. The room itself is spacious with a queen bed, a mini fridge (under the sink in case you can't find it immediately!), separate rooms for shower and toilet and a balcony with comfy seats. Our tv didn't work when we turned it on the first night and were told by reception it had been noted and would be fixed the next day. We then had to make 2 more phone calls before we had tv channels. Not a huge deal as we only used the tv at night when in bed but even so.... The food at this resort is insanely good. A huge non changing selection at breakfast. Fried, scrambled and boiled eggs, greek sausages, bacon, salad, yogurts, cereals, cakes, toasted sandwiches, lovely bread and much more. Dinner was a highlight of the holiday with dessert being something we eagerly looked forward to each day. A changing menu each day we stayed. Soups, salads, hot food such as chicken, beef, moussaka, fish and then specialities carved for you such as salmon, lamb, beef, chicken etc. Greek foods could also be found which was nice to have. There was a pizza and pasta station but we didn't try these so can't comment. Desserts. O is for o wow. Seriously. Caramel mousse, pistachio and raspberry panacotta, different macaron flavours each day, the list goes on and on. we would go back to this hotel for the desserts alone. Pools were all cle
