Aloft Reno-Tahoe International Airport

Great location for recharge. Love the bed and environment. Best of all, it has shuttle bus services as per request

I enjoyed the hotel, the location was good, service was friendly and there are shops within 10 minutes of walking. The shuttle to the airport was available early in the morning. Room is cozy too, great temperature in the winter.

空港に近く、また、綺麗なホテルで良かったです。 また使用したいと思うホテルでした。 また、サービスも良かったです。

Cool concept for the room decor. It felt more fun than airport hotel. We flew in late and left early but we slept well and liked it.

The Bistro sucked....after the buildup, it was like 7/11 warmed up food.... We checked in on Wed nite and had to request new towels on Fri nite and the again on Sun nite. The bathroom ******. Who wants to slide in next to the toilet to use the grab bar to get into the tub? The rings on the curtain were intertwined so that the curtain bunched in the middle. The grab bar kept the curtain from being completely closed next to the shower controls. The grab bar should have been at the other end. The door missed the shower by one inch, forcing a person to stand against the toilet to miss the door closing. The toilet paper is hard to reach while sitting on the toilet and the sink should be farther away from the toilet, not next to it. The front desk was great as well as the people cleaning rooms.

Nice updated room and wonderful staff. Small restaurant with very good food, Korean Tacos sound strange but are awesome ! Close to airport

I booked this stay for my daughter, who was on her first solo flight home with lots of extremely heavy ski equipment. The staff was accommodating and helpful with storing her luggage overnight on the lobby floor and booking her very early on a shuttle to the airport. She reported that everything was in brand new condition and the property was very conveniently located near the airport.

Located close to Convention Center. Loved that it was close to Restraunts and shops. Highly recommend staying at Aloft.

The staff were all very personable, friendly, and helpful, but one, in particular, Ingrid, one of the airport shuttle drivers, went above and beyond by taking me to a grocery store so I could pick up some food items I needed.Just excellent customer service!! If my travel plans ever include Reno, I would, definitely, chose this hotel again and I would, also, consider this chain of hotels in other locations, as well!!
