Замечательный отель Все понравилось! Уборка каждый день Кровати очень мягкие, большие, удобные В номере есть все, чтобы было комфортно там жить Кондиционер, сейф, чайник, чашки, кофе, чай, сахар, 2 бутылочки воды. Каждый день все обновляется во время уборки! Ходит на море и обратно мини-автобус, но к сожалению, только два раза в день, хотелось бы чаще и автобус побольше, так как весь народ не влезает за один раз. Персонал доброжелательный, но было бы неплохо, если на ресепшене появились бы еще и русскоговорящие сотрудники) Отдых понравился, отель хороший! Спасибо большое 🙏

We went here with friends who has holidayed here when it had just opened. We had a 10. night holiday booked with BA we arrived the early hours of Sunday 9th of October. We unpacked went to bed after looking around room in daylight next morning I wasnt impressed, we had 1 b/towel so hubby went down and asked for another also we asked for extra coathangers as there were only 4 (for 2 people) ?? The towel s did appear but no coathangers on trying the shower the head from the shower only produced a trickle so we asked if someone could check it for us . The light in the bathroom was flickering when we looked in it this is what we saw (see 1st photo ) there were two lights one either side of the sink both full.of dead flies they fixed the flickering light but the the other light though working was still full of dead flies ???????? Long story short they never fixed the shower we gave up asking for it to be fixed and used the small head on the shower. The 2nd photo is the photo is the mess that greeted us on our bathroom floor when we returned to our room after our 3rd request for the shower to be fixed (at least we assumed)they were trying to fix the shower head ) why else would you leave s bathroom in that state 😡😡😡😡😡😡 It was 5.30 and we had dinner booked for 6.30 i went ballistic hubby thought i was blaming him he threw one of the white bath towels over it and to cease arguung about this awful room iI.didn't complain about the room after that I decided it was easier to just put up with it and keep.the peace I should have at the start of the holiday demanded to move rooms and it would have been a much nicer holiday. We had paid for two upgrades and this room was certainly not worth the price we paid. The hotel does have good points the staff are amazing resturant and bar staff are some of the best we have ever had rhe privilage of meeting. Shout out for Peter and the Pizza chef in the Italian we enjoyed your singing and they are fabulous people . Also shout out for Nushta in the lobby bar but there were too any lovely staff to.mention by name the staff are certainly a great asset to the hotel. We really used only the a la carte restaurants in the evening for dinner and they r amazing always managed to book.a table and we loved the Italian at lunchtime too. I dont do brekkie but hubby and our friends did . The main areas of the hotel are lovely and reasonably kept seats are stained quite badly in some places and do need upgrading . The weather was fab food was good staff amazing but the photos of our room speak for themselves. I should gave made a stand at the start of the holiday regarding the room but then again no 5 star hotel should have a room in this condition.

Este hotel es un lugar muy agradable para descansar y disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones. El personal del hotel es sumamente agradable y atento, de verdad que el staff de este hotel se merece un 10/10. Las chicas de Arcadia Los bartender del pool bar y beach bar El equipo de limpieza en las habitaciones. Todos son excelentes y son ustedes quienes hacen una gran diferencia en ese hotel. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y bien cómodas en mi criterio. La parte gastronómica es la que no me gusto del todo. El buffet del hotel si bien tiene platos muy buenos tiene otros tantos que no son para nada buenos. El desayuno por ejemplo es lo mejor del día pero al menos la semana que estuve ofertaron lo mismo sin variación alguna. No hubo un solo cambio en el menú del buffet. El almuerzo y la comida si cambian por día pero habían muchos platos indios que la verdad no tienen nada que ver ni con la cultura local ni con el tipo de turismo que estaba ahí en ese entonces. En mi opinión creo que sería mejor si buscan platos más internacionales y menos condimentados. También sería ideal tener un chef preparando quizás una carne a la parrilla pues tienen un chef en el desayuno que prepara tus omelets en frente de ti a tu gusto. Porque no hacer lo mismo en el almuerzo y la cena ???? El area de piscina espectacular. Al igual que el area de playa. El gimnasio lo use cada día de mi estancia. Aquí si voy a dar 3/10. Muchas de las máquinas no funcionan correctamente o están fuera de uso. En general creo que para el precio que pagué el hotel estuvo muy bien. Pero es cierto que este tema del buffet y su poca variedad debe ser considerado algo a cambiar por la gerencia.

The resort is amazing. No doubt it is one of the best resort in RAK. We spent the new years and our anniversary in The Cove Rotana and we had a great time.We were taken care off really well with all special treatments. The food in cinnamon is amazing and the staff in the resort are so friendly. As we checked in our room, we saw the room given to us did not have a balcony nor a bathtub. We requested for an upgrade as we had paid a huge amount for the NYE. A staff named Tara helped us to get the upgrade really quick. The housekeeping guy was the sweetest. He decorated our bed well and also put a board with the anniversary wishes!! Also there was a staff in Breakers Beach Bar named Min. He is an amazing guy. I had ordered for a mojito and informed him it needs to look good as it was for social media. He made sure he gave me the best one and also suggested I should opt for strawberry mojito. He then said it was not possible for him to give the mojito in the glass as we were not having at the bar instead we were at the beach resting on the sun beds. When he saw I was a little upset he let us have the glass taken to the beach. Such an amazing guy!!! Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend this resort to all who would love to have a great time with family and friends.

Very bougie and lovely! It was a perfect stay! Food was amazing, people were fantastic, and the grounds/rooms are immaculate!!! This is somewhere you'll want to stay every time you visit RAK!!!

During my stay at one of their beautiful, clean villas, I had a wonderful experience. The staff, management, and the villa are very well maintained. You will feel as if you are staying at home. The location is highly recommended! For sure I will make reservation at this place when I am back to RAK :)

De los mejores lugares que he visitado en mi vida, todo lujo, confort y un regalo a los ojos. La villa exquisita un gusto haber estado aqui. La decoracion de lo mas hermoso El bufete del desayuno una delicia de comida local e internacional. El servicio de los mejores todo el personal muy atento y amable. Christian Mitre nos atendió muy cordial y atento en todo momento

This place is a gem for families. Wish we booked for longer but due to our schedule we only spent 2 nights here. The location is beautiful the staff are friendly. We stayed with bed & breakfast which was lovely. The other guest were also very nice. My daughter where’s the burquini and felt very comfortable in the environment. I on the other hand do not but also felt comfortable. We were at the hotel in early July so it was super hot. The only critical thing was when on the balcony you cannot keep your room door open due to the moisture of the sea. Otherwise excellent I would definitely recommend

El último fin de semana tuvimos una estancia muy agradable de dos noches en el Doubletree. Fue el 7o aniversario de nuestro hijo y fue hecho para sentirse especial por todos los empleados del restaurante que cantaron una hermosa rendidura de Feliz cumpleaños y le presentó con un delicioso pastel. Este es nuestro tercer corto estancia en los últimos cuatro años y cada vez que se mejora. El hotel es un hotel con un parque de aguas, una variedad de opciones de F&B y una tarifa de habitaciones relativamente razonable.
