Nice place to stay with family, clean and kids friendly place with quite atmosphere, good place to relax

Very good place and great amenities best hotel in the  Ras al Khaimah. No dental kits and un answered called from housekeeping number

The hotel is well-suited for families, offering two outdoor pools, including a dedicated children's pool.

There was no water or even slippers in the room when we arrived till we called the reception When we came to check out at the desk they asked about the review and when we told them that they did not believe us till one of their colleagues told them we were right !!!!

Really nice. The hotel room was clean, carpet a little dated and stained but the sheets were super clean, comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast, beautiful pool and deck area. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend

This is a fantastic hotel with big swimming pool and with kids small pool area. Our room is very comfortable with 2 big double rooms, ideally for family with kids. The receptionist (Natasha) was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone were so friendly and attentive. Staffs in the restaurant are very friendly too, though there are few selections in the buffet. The hotel is indeed a nice place to relax if you want to experience staycation outside Dubai. I will highly recommend this to everyone.

I had a pleasant stay with my family, the breakfast has plenty of choices. The room is clean. The front desk receptionist is very helpfull and she gave nice hotel view, staffs also are very helpful. I will definetely return for the future trip.
