房間蠻好，地理位置也很不錯，就在地鐵站附近，去周邊都非常的近，非常不錯，熱水會比較少，就大概15分鐘這樣子就沒有熱水了，下一個人洗澡得等20分鐘之後。衹有服務這一項不知道怎麼評分，因為加了網站上姐姐的微信，這個姐姐就會把房間什麼的都講很清楚，我們去七樓先去拿個房卡，七樓有一個男生值班吧大概，態度很差，我們和問問題也是愛搭不理，像欠他錢一樣。因為住了兩晚，所以我們就説民宿應該會給我們準備第二天的飲用水，先在微信上和房東姐姐説了，她告訴我們去七樓拿，然後我們去了七樓，那個男生是住在裏面，大概八點左右，他已經把門關上了，我們敲門進去，説和房東姐姐講拿水，她説在這裏取。那個男生就很兇的講，你們快一點拿，但是水明明就不在顯眼的位置，在地上一個紙箱裏麪，而且紙箱上面放的一次性拖鞋，就把水都蓋着，我問他在哪裡，他又説了一遍你們快一點，然後才説在拖鞋下面。總之，就本來好的心情遭這麼一出真的很讓人生氣。

房間很大 採光很好 屋裡也很乾凈 而且可以看得見海 位置處在中心地方 出門就是地鐵口和萬象城 很方便 屋裡還有微波爐和冰箱 很方便

位置就在萬象城上面，交通和生活都很便利，主打一個性價比，床和房間面積都很大，吹風機和洗衣機也有，能送兩瓶水就更好啦

從入住到退房沒有見過這邊的服務人員，住了三天沒有人來換垃圾，毛巾都是黑的，還好自己帶了一次性的。
淋浴間排水有問題，要掃到地漏裏，不然全部都是水，所以木地板都發黴變黑了。
溢價非常嚴重，10月6號的房價是280，我定的700，大怨種本人，如果有服務的話我還不覺得虧，完全是0服務啊！
唯一好的地理位置不錯，應該所屬萬象城，距離地鐵站5分鐘。

一直沒顧上點評，今天補上。整體來説還行，滿足了一家人的入住需求，房間的位置不錯，衞生還行吧，但價格太高了，這次青島之行最大的感覺就是房價高的離譜。由於沒來的及拍酒店照片，配點青島旅遊的視頻圖片吧

環境：房間乾淨整潔，入住時能看出有認真打掃過的痕跡
就住萬象城旁邊去周邊景點都超級方便步行十來分鐘就可以到達
