No hot water, room was very dirty. Tonne of mosquitos. Very unheigenic place. Never ever book this hotel.

The pillow covers were not changed. The sheets were not changed and neither was the covering sheet. The hotel was pathetic.

Room was not clean. There was dust. Towel was dirty. No dustbin. Toilet spray holder was broken. Water taps were broken. No hot water.

Completely dirty. Even after repeated requests nothing happened. Remote battery had run out. Plug points not working. Did not get hot water in the morning.

Room was notclean. Television was not in the room. Management told that it is renovation when i asked for television.

The hotel room was not cleaned well. We have asked hotel staff for 2 towels whereas staff has provided only 1 towel. The hotel staff has said extra towels aren't available due to laundry issues. Very poor services. We will never recommend staying at this hotel.

This hotel is not good, if you are single and you want to stay near the city center then you can still manage, but not so good even for their housekeeping staf sleep in these rooms when guest were not there. No higne in the room not clean at all. Washroom smells a lot, was not cleaned. Floors were having ladies hairs flying here and there.
