En el hotel de Igea, en julio de 2022, me pareció muy difícil encontrar ningún error. Las cortinas estaban muy espesas para asegurar la oscuridad cuando el sol se levanta, la TV de alta definición, el mini-frigorífico que estaba muy bienvenido en el clima y la cama estaba cómoda. Las únicas partes negativas de la habitación del hotel eran una o dos zonas de polvo en lugares altos que habían sido claramente perdidos continuamente y no había sockets de alimentación de cama para dispositivos de carga. Estado aquí antes, sin embargo las mismas carencias cada vez. Las habitaciones acumulan mucha polvo cada día incluso si la ventilación está cerrada. Desayuno OK. La cena tiene sólo unas pocas opciones de selección, pero muy valiosa. La comunicación con el personal es siempre problemática, aunque muy agradable gente. Tal vez el camino italiano. Buen estacionamiento gratuito. La ubicación es muy estratégica, aunque en la primera impresión cree que no. Muchas estaciones de gas alrededor del rincón. El centro comercial posee la flecha Rossa este año casi estaba muerta. Coma en el restaurante del hotel y no intente encontrar mejor fuera, desperdicio de tiempo. Especialmente el centro comercial Elnos. Probablemente volveré aquí cada vez.

At check in I asked about scheduling a massage for the following morning. Was told they no longer offer them. I asked about the pool & jacuzzi -was told they are 20 euro-somehow I missed this in hotel info…. But! It’s 10 euro because the Turkish bath is broken🙄. At 10Am I head to the reception desk in suit/cover (no robes)to ask where jacuzzi is? I’m told it must be reserved!? And its avail at noon (check-in gal said it was open at 9🤔). Not booked but they have to prepare it…ie turn on the heat? I’m very disappointed. What poor hotel practice to advertise massages and pools and jacuzzis and then they are basically unavailable. Finally no coffee in the room -bought a tablespoon of coffee for 2 euro only to drop it trying to fumble w/ the keycard which although my fault, further made this whole morning a disappointment. We are here 2 more nights & if our friends in Brescia hadn’t suggested this hotel- I would change. Finally beds are very hard.

Average hotel. Beds were okay but pillows very thin specially for a side sleeper. View off balcony was great. Spent one whole day just resting and enjoying the view. Walk to/from lake not difficult. Only major downside is that without a car you really are limited to places to eat.

We visited the property when it was first constructed, and the current renovation is breathtaking! No expense was spared. From the moment you enter, The Bellerive is impressive to all the senses. Very elegant, tasteful contemporary design, subtle but pleasing colors, Excellent Wi-Fi and AC. The attention to details for comfort and design are evident throughout the spacious, luxurious guest rooms and bathrooms. Perfect breakfast, couldn’t ask for more. Best morning doppio cappuccino ever! Cheerfully served, along with freshly-squeezed orange juice, referred to as “Sprematura.” Inviting pristine pool, wonderful lounges and pool beds, surrounded by tranquil gardens. Nothing is spared- The hotel even provides a full-time lifeguard! Most Attentive Staff! The old- world quality of dedicated service overflows here. I think in Italy special training is mandatory, (and everyone speaks flawless English) but each of the staff naturally exude warmth and caring. All areas of personnel are exceptionally courteous, smiling and quick to respond to any requests. At the Bellerive, they go one step further than above and beyond. Nestled in a serene stretch in Salò’ overlooking the lake, most rooms have a terrace with direct view of the sailboats moored. Adjacent is a delightful park for children to explore and de-energize. Little stroll to best gelato at La Romana Gelateria. Excellent cuisine is served in the hotel as well as cocktails on the patio overlooking the passagiata. The free secure car parking area on the gated hotel grounds was most appreciated and convenient. Compliments to everyone, including Ottavia, Lucrezia, Giuseppe, Andrea, and the especially to the gracious and brilliant General Manager, Alessandra, Brava! My wife and I have just enjoyed an amzing week at this lovely hotel. Set right by Lake Garda with gorgeous uninterrupted views from almost every room the location is perfect. A few minutes walk into the centre of Salo along a purpose built lakeside path and you are at the ferry station. The town has all the amenities you could hope for on a holiday with lots of shops, cafe’s and comfortable spots to sit and watch the world go by. My wife and I stayed at Hotel Salo Du Parc for a week to include breakfast and evening meal. Both provided an excellent array of food. Full English and loads of continental options for breakfast and a 4 course menu every night for evening dinner. I have to say I’ve stayed at many hotels with these options but the food here is top class. No repeats on the dinner, everything beautifully cooked and presented and delivered by a fantastic crew who work tirelessly to look after their guests. Our room (410) at the furthest corner was kept spotlessly clean with fresh towels daily.

Una delle peggiori esperienze della mia vita, che mi sento in obbligo di condividere! Totale assenza di professionalità e qualità dei servizi a dir poco assente. Per farla breve, oltre tanti altri disagi (totale incompetenza nella gestione degli allergeni, prese non funzionanti, aria condizionata non funzionante, zanzariere rotte, biciclette fatiscenti, ecc), al secondo giorno io e la mia compagna ci siamo accorti che gli asciugamani non sono stati cambiati, nonostante ne avessimo lasciati alcuni sul pavimento come di solito si fa negli alberghi ed averli marchiati per evitare che venissero riproposti come puliti. La titolare, signora apparentemente graziosa di 75 anni, ha insistito per più volte di averli cambiati personalmente, convinta di poterci prendere in giro. Dopo averceli cambiati malvolentieri, ha continuato ad insistere, anche il mattino seguente, che gli asciugamani erano stati cambiati e che la nostra pretesa è stata irragionavole. Dopo tanta insistenza, ne è nata la disucussione nella quale la signora ha minacciato la mia compagna di tirarle uno schiaffo e dopo, tirandola per il polso, ha provato a strapparle il telefonino dalle mani. Dopodiché la figlia, intervenuta per dirimere la controversia, ha ritenuto che stessimo facendo ****** solo per risparmiare, sebbene sarebbe stato segno di professionalità abbuonarci almeno la seconda notte dopo l’immenso disagio causatoci. A tal punto abbiamo pagato per intero l’importo richiestoci piuttosto che essere anche trattati da pezzenti oltre che essere presi in giro e ci siamo lasciati alle spalle questo hotel da incubo.

Lovely small hotel. We booked after seeing positive comments on trip advisor and were not disappointed. Great staff who were so helpful and really seemed to work as a team to make your stay good. Hotel, pool and grounds were kept immaculately clean. We made a last minute booking in a ”classic room” which was probably a bit more traditional in style than their other more modern rooms but suited our needs and was comfortable, clean and ideal as it was a quiet room on ground floor with outdoor seating overlooking gardens. Wide range of fresh food for breakfast. The hotel doesn't do evening meals but does snacks/ light bites and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of hotel. Hotel is located about 40 mins leisurely walk into the bustling historical centre of Sirmione. Alternatively a bus stops directly across from hotel for centre and runs around every 10 mins. A short walk to another bus stop takes you directly to Verona ( for only a few euros) and other lake destinations. We liked the quieter hotel location close to small marina and nice restaurants used by locals as well as visitors. Staff were very helpful arranging taxis too and from airport ( approx half hour journey) as they can be busy so pre book for important trips.

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed 5 nights here in early July as part of a coach party and to be honest was a little bit apprehensive -based on some earlier reviews. Well, we were more than satisfied !! We had a huge bedroom with plenty of storage space, a separate large kitchen with kettle and fridge, bathroom with shower and a large double balcony spreading across both the bedroom and kitchen. From the balcony we could glimpse Lake Garda -it was on the corner of the hotel, but, quiet enough. There is air conditioning which was much appreciated when we were there !It was on an upper floor, but, there is a lift. Breakfast was very impressive except for the fiddly little teacups with oddly designed handles-but, really I'm nit picking there ! Breakfast is a buffet with plenty of choice-both hot and cold-sets you up for the day. As we were part of a tour group we had to choose our evening meal in the morning. The choice again was absolutely fine-the food was really good and tasty and the service was great. Evening meal was a buffet starter followed by pasta then a meat/fish dish with vegetables followed by a small dessert-often a cake. I think vegetarians were well catered for . Alcohol was available for purchase and added to your Room number. Plenty of seating around the hotel and the pool is lovely-when we had time to use it. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel and the area is so beautiful ! We went with an Edwards Coach trip and had a wonderful time-so much to see in the area. Every member of staff was unfailingly friendly and polite and all worked hard to ensure everything went smoothly -a splendid hotel !

UUsuario invitadoLa ubicación es fabulosa, justo fuera de la plaza principal y los bares/restaurantes. Barcos/ferry casi en la puerta, así que nunca tuvo que ir demasiado lejos si no queríamos. Estación de tren caminando a 15 minutos, más fácil de bajar, no tan rápido en la carretera con bolsas!
Por alguna razón, esperaba un hotel de gestión familiar más pequeño. La mayoría de los tiempos no había nadie en la recepción y el resto parecía bastante ininteresado. La habitación era marrón y, aunque tenía 2 ventanas, se miraba hacia atrás del edificio, lo que hizo sentirse muy oscuro.
El desayuno continental se incluye. Estabamos allí durante una semana y, desgraciadamente, después de los primeros días no había fruta disponible y desde el día 3/4 la mayoría de las ofertas de desayuno fueron desaparecidas al menos media hora antes de que el desayuno finalizó, que condujo a unos pocos huéspedes desagradables y unos pocos que aún se quedan a la hambruna.
La habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy buena. Se sentía como la prioridad de los propietarios era la gestión de los restaurantes, que estaban ocupados, tanto al almuerzo como a la noche.
El hotel fue muy conveniente pero muy caro por lo que le ofreció ... pero entonces creo que fuimos al pico ...! No creo que volvería a reservar el hotel si iba a volver a Desanzano.

CCLiaooolocalización perfecta, a sólo 40 a 50 metros del lugar para comprar billetes y embarcar a Sirmione;
los servicios que les gustan, gentiles y generosos;
desayuno con muchas opciones, y los alimentos mismos son realmente buenos;
La habitación es muy pequeña, y la puerta no tiene cerradura cuando se queda en el cuarto.

Las habitaciones están bien, con todo lo necesario. Nosotros fuimos dos parejas. Una de las habitaciones tenía el tamaño normal, como en cualquier hotel, pero la otra era inmensa. Además, el personal no puede ser más atento. Les pedimos que nos recomendaran algún restaurante para cenar y acertaron totalmente. Si volvemos a Brescia, nos volveremos a alojar aquí, sin ninguna duda.

UUsuario invitadoNos recibieron inmediatamente por la chica en la recepción que fue realmente buena para darnos todas las explicaciones necesarias para los dos días y sobre cómo movernos para llegar al centro, aparcamiento enterrado en el techo incluido en el precio muy cómodo, hotel en una buena ubicación para llegar al centro a pie (20-25 minutos) y a 100 metros de la parada del metro que te lleva directamente al centro en 10 minutos, desayuno buen y abundante aunque el 1 de enero no estaban presentes los cornetas porque a ese que dijo la camarera las pastelerías no estaban abiertas ese día (no veo por qué no tenían que ver que pagamos como los otros días), esto fue la única nota dolorosa, Habitación espaciosa con un baño grande y lleno de servicios (tenemos Sky en la habitación), quizás una refrescación en las habitaciones no sería mal visto que son un poco fechado, pero bien equipado.

UUsuario invitadoDer Service am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Uns wurde vor Ort ein Upgrade für 15€/Nacht angeboten, dadurch waren wir in einem renovierten Zimmer mit Balkon und wunderschönem Seeblick. Gegen die Zimmerausstattung können wir nichts sagen, jedoch hatten wir im Zimmer kein WLAN-Empfang. Der Zimmerservice war mittelmäßig, wir mussten unser Bett 2 Tage in Folge selbst beziehen. Das Außengelände ist definitiv renovierungdbedürftig und besticht lediglich durch die Aussicht. Positiv hervorzuheben sind jedoch die zahlreichen Parkmöglichkeiten und die Lage (10-15 min zu Fuß ins Zentrum, es gibt aber auch einen Shuttle für 1,5€pP, pro Fahrt).
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, leider wenig Auswahl für Vegetarier und durch den großen Saal und die Lautstärke erinnerte es an eine Kantine. Das Abendessen haben wir in der Stadt bevorzugt, hätte im Hotel 22€ pP gekostet.
Insgesamt für ein 3 Sterne Hotel solide, top Aussicht jedoch großer Minuspunkt: kein WLAN!
