A gem of a place to stay. The rooms are super, the breakfast was delicious and the ladies on duty were excellent with their advice re bus and train times, places to shop etc., The customer service we experienced was a joy. Thank you.

My mother and I had two rooms in the Foresteria building last week and enjoyed everything about our stay. Lidia and Stefania were both lovely and attentive hosts, the rooms were lovely and well appointed, the breakfast (above their restaurant) was lovely and delicious. They really paid attention to the details of a good stay, such as supplying each room with fresh bottled water each day. Overall a great experience.

This is a gem of a hotel, very well run by a mother and daughter team. It is very convenient for many of the historic buildings in Brescia, located on a pedestrian-only street just a few minutes from major squares in central Brescia. Stefano and Lyddia offered a very friendly service and went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Beds were comfortable, shower excellent and our room was spotless. Dinner is not available here but there are numerous good value restaurants in the vicinity serving typically wholesome and enjoyable Italian meals. The only downside is that there is no outside seating area except for a couple of tables which are removed after 5.00 pm. But there are a number of local bars if you can manage to have another coffee or beer!

Great location for visiting interesting sites in Brescia. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet and scrambled eggs or omelette on request was an added bonus.

The hotel is beautiful and located on a charming street close to a metro stop in the city center. The staff contacted us to see what time we were checking in and gave us instructions for late check in. The served a delicious breakfast and allowed us to leave our bags the day we checked out until our train that evening. It was delightful!

Best hotel overall we'd ever stayed in. I'd give it a ten if I could. We recently stayed there for 5 days and loved it. The hotel is a totally restored old building, and includes an elevator. The room was large and well equipped and very clean. The owners are super helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were extremely good, including a choice of egg preparations, breads, meats, great fresh fruit, and much, much more. The location was excellent, in the heart of the old town. Also, a super value!!!
