We spent two nights in Boutique Hotel Praia Maria on our arrival in Santiago, and we couldnt' find a better location. Quiet in the evening, facing the pedestrian main road in the Plateau we could easily reach markets, transport, and museums. Both Eudyce during the day and Devilson during the night shifts were kind and helpful and gave us suggestions, advices and support on all our requests. The breakfast, served in the Kasa Katchupa coffee restaurant just in face of the hotel, was wonderful. We definitely recommend.

They stole our gear! We left our bags at the luggage room to go on a tour, when we came back our camera was gone! The receptionist pretended she didn't know what happened but after a lot of pressure we had access to the footage from the security cameras. In there we could see that she let in a third person and he was the one who took our stuff. The managers didn't want to show up to deal with the situation, they did only after a lot of discussions with the receptionist. When they finally came they assured us they would take absolute responsibility for the situation and cover the cost of the stolen goods. They lied. This was in December and since then we've been trying to get them to cover the damages and they're not even answering the messages. Very bad experience, unacceptable security and negligence on managing an incident. We had such a a good time en cape verde and this experience left a terrible impression, please do yourself a favor and stay away of this place there are so many other nice hotels in Praia.

Bel établissement bien situé sur la rue piétonne de la ville, dans le quartier du plateau, prisé par les touristes et endroit sécurisé. Non loin des bars et restaurants, commerces ... , rue animée le jour et assez calme la nuit. C'est très propre, un accueil digne de ce nom et en bon français, de bons conseils, réception ouverte 24X24. Du beau mobilier et des chambres assez spacieuses avec climatisation, lit correcte. le petit déjeuner sera à prendre juste face chez un bar restaurant partenaire (il est copieux et suffisant). Le style "poussada" avec les chambres sur 2 niveaux donnant sur un patio sera vous ravir! Le seul hic, elles sont aveugles et sans fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur uniquement une fenêtre volet donnant sur le patio et corridor!! possibilité le dernier jour sur un départ d'après midi ou soirée de faire garder ses bagages dans un lieu sécurisé et de prendre une douche et cela gratuitement et avec le sourire. Marché fruits et légumes pas très loin.

Die Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone am Plateau in Praia hat einen besonderen Reiz. Kleines feines, fast familiäres Hotel.

ficamos hospedados nesse hotel durante 2 dias e para nós foi o melhor hotel de todo cabo verde :) otima localização em pleno centro :) limpeza nota 10 funcionarios nota 10 e super solicitos decoração nota 10 preço bom, muito silencioso a noite, camas super confortavei enfim eu e minha esposa só temos que agradeçer ao david e a toda a equipe da boutique hotel praia maria. voltaremos em breve sem duvidas :)

Très propre, service taxi très bien et très bon accueil.

L'hébergement est bien par contre les petits déjeuner ne sont plus donné sur place il faut aller en face et bien préciser que c'est l'hôtel qui vous envoie, sinon ils vous sortent une autre carte et vous devrez payer.

Nous sommes arrivés vers 1h30 du matin et avons apprécié l'accueil. Les chambres n'ont pas de fenêtre mais donnent sur le patio. La décoration est sobre, mais les chambres sont grandes. Bonne literie et calme garanti. Notre clim ne marchait, on nous a proposé une autre chambre. Le matin après une nuit réparatrice nous avons pris lun très bon petit déjeuner au bar en face. L'emplacement au coeur du Plato est parfait pour découvrir Praia. Pour une nuit c'est un bon choix
