服務小姐姐們都很nice，但是啥都要問經理，他們經理也有點迷

空調額外收費10歐一晚，衛生一般，沒有清洗。

- very old smelling furniture - the carpet floor is not so bright as in photos - the rooms are much smaller than in photos - rude manager - the staff doesn't speak English - unfresh bread - bad location, noise at night, bad view - black mould in the bathroom - very expensive pool (20 euro/1hour/1 person)

Breakfast was very good, wide options. Staff very productive,continuously checking and refilling. Cozy room, king size bad very comfy,but sofa bad was uncomfortable- hard to sleep on. Toilet clean and tidy with all amenities

Lovely Hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. 2 minute walk to tram stop and from there its 5 or so minutes into Prague City Centre. All the staff were so chatty and helpful. Shops within the area were extremely unhelpful, but the local bars and restaurants were extremely friendly and helpful Breakfast was always nice, eggs, sausages, and a full continental range. Reason hotel wasn't given 5, was because there was a lovely swimming pool, which you have to pay 20 euros an hour for. Granted that was for your whole party, but as I never saw anyone in ot, I wasn't prepared to pay 20 euros as a solo traveller, and this, in my opinion should be looked at

We came here for 4 nights and had a lovely stay. Room was clean and tidy, wifi worked well and shower worked well. Breakfast was very good, hot and cold food. Reception spoke excellent english. Will stay again.

First arrived and the staff barely understood english, they gave us the wrong room (huge downgrade) and as compensation we had an hour in the “wellness Center” which it’s actually just a sauna and a pool, it was not explained that it was just once for the entire room so only 1 person got this… 1 of the 4 grown men we now have squashed into a small room! There was a air conditioning unit in the room with an on button on the box, which we turned on; it’s the middle of summer. Without warning about 3 minutes later an angry man comes to the door demanding we pay 10 euros for it, after a lot of back and forth we agreed we would pay, upon going to pay we actually got charged 50 Pounds! When we complained the woman (who was also rude to us) said that she was afraid of her manager and will not refund it. As a side note the beer and refreshments are way too expensive and the fridge in the room overheats so nothing cools down When we went to leave the hotel (finally) we got ganged up on by all the workers there demanding we pay for things that were already broken and untouched by us and after getting aggressively accused of breaking the fan ( there was a small chip on the blade.. inside the cover), the curtains (which Were also never properly up), and for a killed plant!! We were forced to pay £240 for “damages”. After this blatant con! One of our bags was held hostage behind the desk and they would not let us leave until they had finished trying to get money out of us, the male staff member even had the cheek to try and get us to leave a £50 tip for the staff!! (He was very aggressive about the way he asked as well, demanding not asking). Worst place I’ve ever been too, besides from the poor treatment and being scammed £300, the place was dingy and just not a pleasant atmosphere; the pictures lie. The only redeeming thing about this hotel was one redheaded staff member who was surprisingly very helpful and kind. usually working the night shift.

We kind of liked the hotel in the beginning. Staff was kind, room was nice. It even had an air conditioning system. However, the remote controls were missing. But we figured; people steal these things all the time. Alas, we were horribly wrong. EVERYTHING comes at an extra price. The indoor spa, the tea and coffee at the public areas, and - you guessed it - the A/C apparently. The latter we found out when we were suspected of cheating by the unprofessional and rude receptionist. Logically, apparently, we must not turn it on without paying extra. We thought that because this is a sub standard hotel, the remotes had disappeared as they tend to do. That was not the case and we were forced to pay an extra amount of money. It would have been okay, if they hadn’t thought of us as people wanting to cheat. In their eyes, it seems that tourists are a necessary evil that must be suspected of all kinds of atrocities. Had the receptionist approached us with kindness, and understanding and had the room, oh, I don’t know, have a price list, we would not have been in this embarrassing situation. So stay well away from horrible Hotel Askania. P.S. Breakfast is served every morning with loud as f*ck gangsta rap and you are not allowed to turn down the volume.
