Fabulous retreat near São Paulo — a great place to come and relax. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The spa is lovely. The standard rooms are huge.

Ficamos hospedados no hotel por conta de um evento. Foi uma "segunda chance" já que em nossa primeira hospedagem houve um vazamento no banheiro seguido de inundação que não foi solucionado - tivemos que passar a noite com o banheiro alagado (eu grávida de 9 meses) e na manhã do dia seguinte não pudemos usar o quarto. Dessa vez fomos surpreendidos positivamente. Tudo correu bem e a turma da recepção foi espetacular.

Overall a great hotel. My husband and I spent a weekend at Fasano for a short getaway from the city. The hotel grounds are beautiful, our room was spacious and the view was great. We enjoyed ourselves by the pool and at the restaurant which serves great food. The spa has a strange aesthetic but the pools are great and we had a great massage. The downside for us was that there is only one restaurant which is very chic and it would have been nice to be able to have a more laid back meal for lunch.

Perfect retreat to rest. It’s a very comfortable hotel in a calm environment. Fasano service is superb. There is not much to do though, there is the spa but it’s slightly small, the swimming pool and that’s it - in the hotel. Then in the farm you could potentially use the other areas. It was perfect for us - we were looking for a comfortable and calm get away.

We’ve been to this fancy place, a 5 star very expensive hotel is because we’re expecting to relax and enjoy our family on the long weekend, Fasano is a well renowned chain in Brazil, but to be honest the service provided at this property is horrible, we thought to leave the property on the first day, besides the location and the facilities, everything was really bad, actually not just bad, TERRIBLE, since the service provided at the check in, room service, room clean, service at the pool, restaurant, etc… and on top of that the food was not good, they are also famous for a good food, but even the food was not worth. I wrote to the hotel giving a detailed feedback, because I think If I am the owner/manager I would like to know not only the good experience but the bad as well, to try to be better and avoid situations like that, learn with the mistakes in order to make sure it doesn’t happen again, but it seems they do not care, they did not respond even to say sorry, after such a bad experience. Fasano chain for me is now out of my list, I’ll never go again.

Great experience. Great place. Great experience with the working team. Food is good. Loved the complimentary breakfast and room service. The hotel environs is a big deal. Lots of activities and just biking around was a pleasure. Two thumbs up

Great hotel, nice environment and very well trained staff. A very good option to relax and enjoy a luxury stay. This boutique hotel really stands for its reputation. Really nice rooms, clean well designed, comfortable. The staff couldn't be more helpful.

1 ) Check out should be available till 1800. 2) there was no hot water in the bath and shower. 3) corridor outside the rooms were noise as the carts roll in and out of rooms on a stone flooring. But the service was very cordial and totally focused on the customer well being.
