Overall very bad. Worst resort in Neil Island. But staffs are very polite and cordial also very prompt and helpful. . Food price is exorbitantly very high. Breakfast buffet is average. But the main issue is maintenance. Poor maintenance. Not worth to spend this amount.

This one is a total touristy place, overcrowded (probably because most of the bookings here are via travel agents). We as a family took one beach villa and one base category room. For the latter, there is nothing to write, but Beach Villa was very spacious and luxurious. However their signature wrap around pool, I am not sure if I would want to dip even my toe in it. It is a beach side property, no doubt but the beach is good enough to stand and stare as it is completely rocky. The breakfast was HORRIBLE, for want to a worse reaction. Omelette, parantha, poha, 2 cut fruits, rubbery idli and that’s it . The restaurant is non air conditioned . Will I go again, only if there is no other alternative

I came to Port Blair with my friends, and one of my great experiences was this stay. Honestly, my room was awesome, clean bedsheets, clean toilet, comfortable bed and nice fragrance. Decoration gave luxurious feel. Cost is also reasonable. Staffs were friendly and amazing people. I wish I could stay more there, but our trip was short. I'm looking forward to visit again in July this year. Thanks to all staff members of this amazing hotel. Keep it up. 💜

I really admire the Hotel staff and Owner for quickly finding our lost Gold chain in room and delivering it in Port Blair before our flight to Delhi on time, otherwise our trip would have been ruined. We took our child (age 1 ) for vacation, and our experience could not have been any better! The property is stunning, the staff is incredible, and the property is perfectly situated on the island. From the stunning views to the incredible amenities and a beautiful pool outside room, we really couldn't have asked for more. The resort was perfect for our family of 4, and the concierge team was instrumental in ensuring that we had the most memorable trip. Our room was immaculate at all times, and room service was always so easy when we needed food last-minute. I really can't say enough great things about this hotel and the team. I highly recommend it!

I booked this hotel through club mahindra i understand the property is associatdd but The service is very poor and mostly dishes are always unavailable in the restaurant and we dont a option but to pay 600-1000 for a meal that not our desired meal and also pool is not clean only rooms are pretty decent rest the overall service isn't good at all

This hotel is barely a 3 star. Their Bathroom Furnishing are rusted, they had given an oldest bucket and mug in the bathroom. They don’t provide proper toiletries. Their toilets and wash basins are yellow stained with water. Hot water is available but you need to switch on the geyser 30 mins prior to bathing. WiFi doesn’t work in rooms and there is no cellular network. Wi-Fi works only in lobby and restaurant with very slow or no connectivity. The restaurant food is very sad The breakfast buffet has Idli, Chutney Sambhar, Chana Sabji and Puri, Upma, omelette and pasta (which was made in morning and stashed in the buffet)

Our experience with the hotel was really bad. There was a lot of wait period during check in and check out process. Further , the rooms are not clean and the rooms do not have enough lighting, further the bed sheet did not look clean and had small torn/holes. Also, the food was okay okay. The photos shown on site are not complete , especially for their earth , air category rooms. The staff was also not very cooperative and not very hospitable.

The staff exceeded expectations from the moment we arrived until departure. Mr. Shankar Singh Negi - The captain of restaurant from Uttarakhand. He truly cares about their guests. I highly recommend to meet Mr. Shankar Singh if you are visiting this resort.

The resort is beautiful with swimming pool going throughout the hotel with steps to rooms. Looks beautiful. Our room was an ocean suite which is just near to the ocean. Big spacious room with a swing inside. Now coming to hospitality, the staff is not very welcoming specially the restaurant staff. We booked room with breakfast and dinner buffet and the staff hardly cared if you want anything or you okay with the food. Also the food quality and spread is below average for such a highly priced and acclaimed resort. Please improve on your staff training to serve guests better.
