My daughter and I have just spent 2 weeks here and can honestly say it is one of the best holidays we have ever had. The hotel is modern, very clean and has a welcoming feel about it. The rooms are a little small and only 2 people can sit on the balcony (very small) the bathrooms are modern with shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer available. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Mini bar and safe in the room. The food is amazing, loads of choice and good quality. It is the usual buffet/self serve and the dining room can get busy, but there are plenty of places to sit and the team ensure the tables are cleaned regularly. Drinks are expensive, approx €5.50 for a glass of wine amd €9 for a cocktail, that's the same everywhere I suppose these days. Supermarket and tourist information on site too with everything you need. On site gift shop, not much in there and never saw anyone in there either. ATM at the hotel, hairdressers and games room. The indoor pool is huge, with lovely sunbeds outside to relax on, jacuzzi, all very clean and relaxing. The beach is beautiful, pebbly so you will need some swim shoes. Sunbeds on the beach are payable €17 for 2 and an umbrella for the day. Beach towels are included and you can get clean ones each day. The watersports are reasonably priced, $12 for an hour paddleboarding, other things too like pedalos, kayak etc. The beach has a really relaxed feel about it, loads of grassy areas to sunbathe on too, some under the trees if you want shade. Novigrad town is a 10 minute walk away, really pretty with lots of shops, bars, restaurants. Nothing noisy, family orientated and chilled. There is a little road train that goes each way if you don't want to walk. The area feels safe, it is clean, very green, beautiful clear sea and bike hire available to get around to explore the sites. The cleaning team are lovely and work hard, the place was spotless! I would like to say a special thank you to Marko at the restaurant near the beach, he was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and we felt really well looked after. He should definitely be recognised by the management! I could go on and on, definitely worth a visit and hopefully we will be back very soon! Thanks Aminess Maestral team!

What a location for visiting Novigrad! Parking, a pleasant short walk to downtown, and views over the large marina from our terrace. The room was very spacious, large sitting area with a small fridge, nice bathroom, large bedroom - and all with views (even a small window in the bath). The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we asked advice about which wineries to visit. The selection of breakfast items was generous, we said it was a German-style breakfast: cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, cereals, yogurts, sausages, pastries and breads - and you can make your own espresso or Americano coffee, as well as having a choice of teas. We would have given a five-star rating except for the lack of air conditioning two of the four nights we stayed. Apparently we arrived just as the heat system was being switched to air conditioning and there was a glitch; not the hotel's fault but it was 26 degrees C in our room two. nights, and with no screens we didn't want to open windows. Everything else was wonderful, though, and we would stay here again.

La recepción del hotel nos quejó de esto, pero la misma gente hizo lo mismo el día que nos ibamos, así que no se hizo nada. Este es un gran problema en este hotel. Si no se preocupaba por estar en la piscina puede recomendarse muy.

We have been going to hotel Molindrio for 10 years with my parents and sister and are club members. Every year has been a great experience but that all changed this year. From the beginning the reception has told us every year that we are free to use the beach at hotel Parentium and we are also able to use the white chairs to lie down. We have been doing this ever since. This year we were approached by life guards at the beach asking us why we were using the white chairs if we are not guests of hotel Parentium, because this was not allowed. We explained that we have been doing this for years and had been told by the reception that this was not a problem because we were guests at the sister hotel Molindrio. When we made the reception aware of this altercation with the life guards they first claimed that these chairs were never offerd to us by the reception and that we were lucky that we had not been caught earlier for using these chairs ( which made us feel absolutely horrible, we just did what the reception has told us for years that we could do ), after we explained that we are not lying and have been guest for 10 years and have always been using these chairs they switched up the story and told us that there is a new management and there are new rules so we cannot use these chairs at the beach anymore ( so now we are not liars but the new director has given these orders, reception could have just told us this from the start instead of making us look like liars ). So we had to lie down on the concrete. My dad has a bad back and instead if a relaxing vacation his back got even worse from lying on the hard concrete with just a towel. Absolutely disgraceful! Furthermore the food this year was of very poor quality. The fruit they served was either rotten or without taste, which left us really feeling disappointed especially because we have been coming here for years and have always been so satisfied with the food. Needless to say we will not be coming back anymore after being treated this way. We are very disappointed.

Third time at this hotel and we still LOVE it!!! It's designed for young families, to perfection. It's not cheap, but what you get are gorgeous rooms, top class service, amazing food (not repetitive, even over 2 weeks). And a kids club that is out of thir world. It's like all the fun bits of school in a safe and secure environment with highly qualified staff. We caught the road train into the town, which is also beautiful. We also did a few other activities, olive oli tasting at Cadenela and the medieval theme park, both amazing. The camp site next door has had a LOT of investment and more to come that looks very exciting. Even on a rainy day, which we had a couple in 2 weeks, there is still plenty to do. Indoor swimming is big enough to accommodate everyone. The staff and can't do enough for you, they really make this place special.

Le daría a esto un ”muy bueno” para la propiedad, ya que era agradable y mejor de lo que esperaba. La habitación estaba equipada con una pequeña cocina y un balcón grande y bonito. Estuve allí fuera de temporada, así que no pude apreciar completamente el balcón, pero era un bonito espacio al aire libre. Lo que no fue tan bueno fue el proceso de check-in. Reservé a través de ********** y en ninguna de las comunicaciones aparecía el nombre de las personas que alquilaban (ahora olvido su nombre, pero comenzaba con A). Me comuniqué debidamente o intenté comunicarme a través de ********** según lo solicitado. Les expliqué que conducía desde Zagreb y que les avisaría cuando aterrizara para que supieran cuándo esperarme. En ese momento me avisaron que tendría que ir a la oficina de la agencia de alquiler y luego ser llevado a la propiedad. Ya estaba oscuro cuando llegué y la puerta de entrada estaba justo al lado de una carretera principal hacia una calle de sentido único, después de haber estado en el campo 4 horas sola en un auto alquilado, esto no fue útil. No respondieron a los mensajes a través de ********** pero en ningún momento me dieron sus detalles directos, lo que hubiera sido de gran ayuda. Lo cual, sí, lo hice, pero no sabía si estaba en el lugar correcto o no. El tipo estaba llevando a otra pareja a su propiedad y me dijo que esperara y que volvería por mí. Lo cual hizo debidamente. Dejé el auto en su oficina esa primera noche porque el estacionamiento no estaba claro. Sin embargo, al día siguiente pude estacionar cerca de la propiedad, así que estuvo bien. Habrían venido a buscarme nuevamente el día de la salida si mi auto estuviera en el de ellos. Esto afectó negativamente mis primeras impresiones iniciales: cuando dije que si me hubieran dado un poco más de información, habría estado bien y el tipo dijo que debería haberlo buscado en Google. Pero ¿buscado en Google qué? El proceso funciona, pero sería mucho mejor si todos supieran lo que está pasando. Luego me dieron su número de WhatsApp, que es su número de teléfono, pero nuevamente, ¡solo lo sabes si lo sabes! Eso lo hizo mucho más fácil y pude enviar mensajes cuando salí. Entonces, la propiedad era agradable, es una excelente ubicación. No quiero sonar negativo, pero las cosas deben quedar más claras, especialmente cuando se utilizan plataformas de terceros.
