Apartamento acogedor, aunque el colchón del sofá cama algo duro,. La piscina muy grande y limpia. En general buena limpieza del apartamento , aunque en el jardín había cucharas. Bien situado , buenas playas cerca y fácil movilidad a otros lugares de la isla

Really lovely and spacious apartment, comfortable, cleaned daily. Great location, 10 minutes walk to the beach, few good restaurants around, all shops within minutes walk. Staff friendly, big and very well kept swimming pool which is heated. I don’t understand negative opinions, that’s so unfair. We had a lovely week away, thank you

As good as the other reviews suggested it would be. Very well run, clean, helpful friendly staff, good apartments, and big pool that doesn't get too crowded. Decent price too. Mix of nationalities. Proper aircon was a godsend during the very hot Calima. We had older teen kids with us, families with younger children seem to gravitate towards the Abora Catarina hotel across the road (much busier), which suited us fine. Location is great for all the usual stuff - beach, supplies, restaurants. Go and see the amazing dunes about 5 mins away. Close to lots of bus routes if you want to go further afield by public transport. If I could suggest one improvement it would be to boost the wifi by the pool - would help with lower-power devices like phones.

Lovely, big outdoor pool. Pool table outdoors also. Friendly pool attendant. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Secure building. Good size rooms with large balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom. TV in lounge, limited English language channels though.

Thank you for your reply,Sorry you are wrong,I we was staying at Club excelsior not JR. Hotel ,as I mentioned we was charged for evening meal as we was on half board,also the Menu is smaller then it used to be ,I know I have to wait till the meal to be cooked ,it's getting served in the first place,and I don't eat microwave meals..

Apartment very dated. No microwave. No shop/bar/cafe within the complex. In fact, apart from the pool, there is nothing at the resort. Not even music by the pool. Outsiders use the pool so somedays there were no sun beds available. On our last day, we could not keep the room until we left at 4pm so had to shower in the toilets underneath the pool area. Very dirty, water was brown. Then they gave us an apartment so that we could dry our hair.......this apartment had a shower, so can't understand why we couldnt shower there too, although there were lots of dead cockroaches around, maybe that was why?Staff are helpful but english not the best. There is no information leaflets in foyer, or in the apartment to explain what is around the local area and how to get to the Yumbo Centre. We missed this until we spoke to a friend at home who had been there and used Google maps to find it. Would have been so much easier if there was info in the complex. Wouldnt stay here again.

Staff as helpful as they could be. Average hotel, no entertainment or restaurent. Basic kitchen no microwave, iron or floor brush. One positive pool great. Definately not up to RCI standard. The night before we were due to leave we could not get back into the room because of a broken lock that no one could fix, did not get back into room until 9am next morning. When we eventually got back in the door could not be closed for privacy. Hotel needs modernisation. Would not go back and would definately not recommend.

Our apartment was for 2-4 people but would have been a squeeze for 4. It was perfect for 2 however. The apartment was clean on arrival. We found the location of the resort to be very convenient with several restaurants close by and the supermarket and shops just 5 minutes away and it was just a 12 minute walk to the bars and restaurants of Playa del Ingles. The pool area was kept clean and there were always plenty of sun beds available. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

stayed for 1 week best pool we have ever had loads of sunbeds and never busy plenty of bars and places to eat nearby, dont get a taxi from the airport its expensive about 40 to 50 euros we got the 66 bus and it cost 3 euro 50 each about 1 hour trip room very well equipped and comfy beds staff very friendlyonly downside the hotel seems to cater more for german people as we never saw any english folk there but that didnt really bother us too much tv was mainly spanish couldnt get any english channels apart from a news programe lovely quiet place to stay if you want a peaceful break as there was no entertainment round the pool
