Cuando iba a quedarme en la habitación de al lado, entrar y salir era como jugar. Se me cayó algo al suelo y no pude dormir, así que le pedí al empleado que se ocupara de ello. Personal de recepción amable La habitación está bien equipada, pero las sábanas tienen algunas manchas negras. Además, el aire acondicionado hace un poco de ruido, pero es aceptable. El cercano Frog Night Market también es muy animado y tiene muchas opciones. Se tarda unos diez minutos en llegar.

Recomiendo 100% toda la presentación, la atención al cliente con una amabilidad genial, la habitación estaba perfectamente limpia, además con refrescos gratuitos en el frigorífico a diferencia de otros hoteles, accesorios de baño completos y con todo detalle, la instalaciones estupendas, una piscina preciosa y bien cuidad con hamacas y canoas gratuitas, hay un rooftop en la planta de arriba precioso y gratuito, lo único que podría decir que es a mejorar es el restaurante, la comida está muy buena pero para el precio que tiene ponen muy poca cantidad, por lo demás de 10 además de la ubicación que no está demasiado lejos pero si lo suficiente para estar en calma

What a place, one of the nicest and most comfortable places I ever been to. I would definitely recommend for someone who’s looking for a super clean, nice, safe, comfortable, easy to reach place. The staff was amazing, facilities are top-notch where you have everything you would need.

Stayed for 8 nights in this hotel with my wife. Excellent hotel overall. Very clean indeed, staff very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They open doors for you as you enter reception, take you bags to your room, help sort car / moped hire etc, The room was very clean and well appointed. Bath and beach towels are provided and they change these as frequently a you need. They also provide all the usual essentials including shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, bottled water every day. Kettle, hob, large sink and basic utensils, glasses, cups etc were all provided. Also an iron and ironing board as well as a clothes drying stand. The big kitchen sink is easily bug enough to do clothes washing in. Room service was excellent each day. Balcony size on normal rooms was slightly small, especially as was shared with two large air conditioning units (all balconies appear the same) so this made the balcony cramped, noisy and hot when air conditioning was on. Breakfast was provided in the adjoining restaurant. This was excellent offering fresh hot and cold food, eggs made to your liking (fried, scrambled, omelettes, etc), bacon, sausages, fruit, bread, croissants, etc etc. Seemed to have everything included plentiful supply of juices, coffee, tea, etc. Most things self-service but the staff were on hand to help and to clear used dished. The location of the hotel means it is a 15 minute to the beach and 15 minutes to the main restaurant area known as Boat Avenue. Fortunately the hotel runs a shuttle bus service twice an hour to both locations and back until 9.10pm. Would be nice if slightly later coming back from Boat Avenue, but taxis and tuk-tuks were on hand although these aren't the cheapest. The main local beach is Bang Tao beach. This is lovely. Very clean (as everywhere seems to be here), soft white sand, gentle shelving into the water with no stones or rocks. Shame about sea lice the bite / sting in the water but they are everywhere in this part of the world depending on time of year and they are a very minor irritation. Also good availability of sun-beds as well as beverages from the beach shacks. Lots of fresh water showers and there is parking next to the beach as well as toilets. Boat Avenue has plenty of nice restaurants - see my other reviews if you want to see where we went and what we thoughts. Lots to choose from. Most restaurants seem to slow down food service after 9.30pm and this is not a clubby resort. Was just right for us though as there were plenty of bars and some with live music (check out The Mexican bar and restaurant). Wine is not cheap here and starts around £30 a bottle - although some could be found around £25. We stuck to beer with dinner. There is also a handy large supermarket selling everything you could need and is right by taxi station and open until 10pm. Final top tip about this area is to visit on a Friday night if you can as the street market is great with street food and live music. Easy to hire cars and

I stayed with my wife, sister, brother-in-law, and nephew in this hotel between December 30th, 2022, and January 2nd 2023. The rooms and facilities were very good, especially when you compare the level of service to the price you paid (50$ a night per room, including breakfast! And on new year’s eve!) Breakfast menu is average and includes an adequate numbers of options and variations. The pool is beautiful, clean, and spacious. But its only problem is being understaffed; there was only one guy who’s in charge of food and beverages as well as the towels! And the poor guy had to walk all the way up across many flights of stairs to get each order from the kitchen! He’s a humble and very helpful guy by the way, so be good and patient with him, Kasim you are the best! The hotel is isolated a little, but they provide free bus trips to Old Phuket Town on daily basis. We had a rented car so we had more freedom to move. Be careful while strolling at night, because you’re literally in the middle of a jungle, there are many kinds of insects and strange creatures roaming in and around the place at night, including billions of mosquitoes! Anyway! I’d definitely love to pay it another visit when I’m in Phuket next time, but only if I have a car or if I’m planning on having secluded time with my wife in the arms of nature.

Disfrutamos caminando hasta el hotel (7-10 minutos a pie). En el camino desde el aeropuerto hay un pequeño Tesco y varios cafés tailandeses. Un muy buen lugar para el tránsito. Pero para una estancia larga, si vas a cocinar, no es adecuado. En general, una habitación es un apartamento con cocina, y al buscar ”zona de cocina” se obtienen exactamente estos apartamentos. La imagen muestra una cocina completa con vitrocerámica. Pero en la vida real no hay forma de cocinar allí. Los únicos platos incluían 3 tazas, platillos y 3 cucharaditas. Tampoco hay microondas. Hay un hervidor eléctrico.
