El personal es muy amable y servicial. El hotel está un poco lejos de la playa pero tiene más de 2 piscinas muy bonitas y limpias. El gimnasio y las clases grupales son increíbles. Tienen bar y restaurante en la azotea muy ratones con comida sana y deliciosa.

El nivel de las habitaciones es el de un hotel exprés. El servicio no es tan bueno como ninguno. El hotel cuesta más de 2000 por noche, la ubicación es mala, el servicio es malo y los alrededores están desolados. 1. La mayoría de las habitaciones están muy lejos de la entrada, por lo que resulta doloroso caminar. 2. Muy inhumano. Estaba enferma, tenía vómitos y diarrea y no podía caminar. La habitación estaba muy lejos y tuve que pasar por varios restaurantes, piscinas, casas, gimnasios, spas, etc. antes de poder regresar, así que tomé. Tomé un taxi de regreso al hotel y le pregunté si podía dejarlo y bajar las escaleras. El guardia de seguridad en la entrada de la calle le dijo al taxista que se diera la vuelta y se fuera sin ninguna explicación. Se fue sin ningún diálogo y me ignoró. Fui a la recepción y le expliqué si me podían acomodar si no me sentía bien. La recepción dijo que su política no permitía la entrada de taxis, entonces, ¿podría usar el autobús que usan para entregar el equipaje? La política del hotel no lo permitía. También se debe a que cuando estás enfermo tienes que pedir comida para llevar y comer algo ligero, y las comidas del hotel son difíciles de digerir. Tenía vómitos y diarrea y no podía caminar mucho. No me confirmaron. Me llamaron casi a las 11 en punto del día siguiente y me dijeron que vendrían a reemplazarlo ahora. Les dije que tomaría un tiempo empacar las cosas. Gran complejo con varias piscinas y un buen restaurante. Las habitaciones son acogedoras y muy cómodas.

Great swimming pools and gym. There are many things to do in the resort that you can speed two days there without the need to go out. The resort is maintained very well with exquisite gardening. In-room dining is reasonably priced.

We definitely love our stay here!!! Although it’s a little bit far from the airport, it is a great place to retreat with amazing spa and gym. And their restaurants all very nice but that would be great if they can provide more Thai food in those restaurants.

Overall a good resort. Highly recommended for long term stays.

Location is really far from town place approximately 45mins away but you have everything in that resort. Highly recommend for retreat purposes.

Enjoyed our time here, it was relaxing and luxurious. The design of the resort is chic and minimal. Rooms are well equipped (smart TV, normal and beach towels, umbrella, couches, hair dryer), water is provided. Service is top notch from front desk, housekeeping, F&B. Had a great dining experience at Fresca and the rooftop bar. Gym looks very grand with 3 storeys, they also have many (paid) fitness classes and wellness programs. There’s a free shuttle to the Rawai and Nai Harn beach also. Just overall a 5 star experience at an affordable price. Note that location is not the most convenient / walkable and you will need to get transport to travel around, but it’s good to get away from the hustle bustle.

This resort is very close to Rawai seafood area and the seafood is very fresh and cheap! The resort itself is like community club that have everything that you need - 3 storey gym, more than 3 swimming pool, spa and aesthetic..

It's a nice and clean hotel with a big beautiful area. There are many swimming pools and recreation areas. If you like a quiet type of rest, this is the place for you. You also have to keep in mind that the beaches are quite far away. However, motorbikes and cars can be rented. There are also cafes and restaurants in the hotel. The food is quite tasty. The breakfast at the hotel is also good, with a variety of choices. The staff is very friendly. The rooms have everything you need. I can confidently recommend this hotel if you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle.

Wow- I cannot speak more highly of this resort. Here are just some of the positives: First of all, the staff have been amazing! Everyone that I’ve spoken to or even passed by has been incredibly friendly, kind, and eager to help in any way. Second of all, the coaches are patient, motivating, and very good at what they do. My favorite activity was my one-on-one Muay Thai sessions with Florian who is absolutely fantastic! I also took yoga classes and Spin classes for the first time, which I really enjoyed! Thirdly, there is such a variety of activities (spa treatments, wellness sessions, fitness classes) that you can add on to your package. All of the facilities, from my room to the gym to the spa to the pool are spacious, clean, and modern. The only things I would say that are slightly less positive are: the food in the restaurants is pretty pricy by Thailand standards and the breakfast buffet doesn’t change much each morning (delicious but a bit repetitive for six mornings in a row). Overall, I really loved my trip and found it was the perfect balance between being active, eating well, and relaxing. Thank you to the staff for such a wonderful time ☺️

A perfect stay at Stay Welling. They got an awesome pool, huge gym center, spa, outdoor trading venue... it's kind of one stop resort there. U can enjoy several pools there . all can take great pictures and relax. The only drawback is the location... you really need to rent a car for this hotel.
