We loved the kids pool and all the kids activities. The staff made sure we stayed comfortable despite the bad smell coming from the bathroom. Overall great hotel for families

房間超級乾淨，床很舒服，有各種高度的枕頭可以選。除了白天邊上施工有點吵，其它完全可以説滿分。游泳池特別舒服。離海灘也很近。走過去兩分鐘。周圍吃的超市酒吧應有盡有。

服務好，位置好，早餐好，就是訂了兩間高級海景，最終一間完全山景，很失望，過年不想吵，最終攜程客户，幫退了差價，希望以後不要打擦邊球！

出門就是夜市，我感覺就不需要去什麼青蛙夜市之類的了，酒店很高級，但不知道為啥評論這麼少，泳池也很好玩有大滑梯孩子很喜歡，服務也不錯

整體還可以，可能酒店裝修時間比較長了，設施略顯老一些，服務很好，到卡倫沙灘很方便

非常差！ 1.酒店效率非常非常低，入住必須要等到3點後，一秒都無法提前，3點一到，所有需要辦理入住的客人都集中堆在前台，需要排隊，等待很久才能辦理，我們近4點才辦理入住。同樣，退房也需要等很久，需要先查看房內設施，再辦理。 2.房卡很容易消磁，我們有三次都刷不出，酒店內的健身房也需要刷卡進入。 3.酒店目前在裝修，很大一部分區域都被攔住了，很影響體驗，例如，在泳池會聽到裝修的聲音。 4.酒店用水質量堪憂，自備花灑濾芯瞬間變黃。並未去過海里，接觸到水的只有游泳、淋浴。同行人面部及身體皮膚均過敏，呈紅疹狀並體感癢痛。 5.酒店餐廳桌面有螞蟻，成羣爬行，換了個桌子依舊如此。 6.離海灘非常遠，沒有私人海灘。 7.設施老舊，泳池旁休息位的遮陽傘會整體翻落，尤其在有風的天氣，要格外小心，因為就算掉落也不會有工作人員前來幫助。據瞭解，此前有砸到客人。

1）設施很完善而且新，而且安靜。泳池有活動，孩子玩的很開心。 2）離機場有點遠，建議酒店接機。 3）離沙灘走路5-10分鐘，很近。 4）周邊是卡倫核心區域，極其繁華，可以玩到12點。 5）退房12點，飛機是晚上9點。泳池旁邊有男女單人的洗澡間，即便退完房也可以去海邊游泳玩直到離開。 6）建議別住海景房，因為看不到啥海，後面的連池房間更好，帶孩子更加方便。 7）早餐中規中矩 總之會再來

Получилось практически весь фонд испробовать. Семья - 4 человека. Дети разнополые. Самый топ это номера с видом или выходом на бассейн. Номера в основном здании в принципе неплохие, но туалет в номере очень странно сделан. Стенка практически к кровати.

海景房的設施的確比較舊，而且我們的房間陽台比較小，服務還是可以，放了20豬豬每天給打掃的乾乾淨淨，衣服疊的整整齊齊，早餐也還可以，遇到的酒店人員和外國遊客都很友好，整體好評！離沙灘也就走路七八分鐘，很近，天氣晴朗的卡倫海灘也是很美，海水是綠色透明的，會看到魚，我們在海邊沖了一下午的浪，非常好玩！酒店免費的玻璃瓶飲用水看起來挺高檔😄提醒大家不要帶榴蓮幹進酒店，前台看到了會給你保管。酒店的游泳池有個小滑梯，孩子喜歡💕住了三晚小屋三晚海景房，還是小屋的體驗更贊！
