Base apartments are not for me I like hotels but I would stay here if it’s priced right only

The room was a little shabby than the photos. The location is top-notch! Easy self check-in. Overall, would visit again.

Cool concept and very nice place but when booking the room it doesn't say that it's a condo community *not a regular hotel* or specify how to pick up the keys and staff was not friendly when i didn't know these facts already. They were like " call the landlord if you don't know" rude, defensive, shady... . wash machine in the room. Pool was nice. no food options but fridge, microwave and stove. no towels. Also signs around saying this type of rental was NOT totally legal under local type laws...

The worst facilty in this price range only the location is good otherwise you have to take your bags to the room no one is here to help and even they asked for the double room charge for only 10 minutes host is also not good and there is no service also they point out our nationality’s india that you people are disguting and poor i dont know why they give us visa if they hate india. Almost 80% thai commenting on india actually they should know that we gave them bread and butter otherwise their mother sisters are already on streets

You requested to check in at 7am before 3:00 pm (February is the peak season with full rooms every day, check-out time is from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon), and it was very difficult for us to communicate. I checked in before 3:00 pm for you. We value every guest and have never treated them unfairly or discriminated against based on race. Your slander against us is too discriminatory. Our business philosophy is customer first and everyone is equal. We record and restrict guests who are suspected of malicious complaints, even if we implement a blacklist system. We will also reject malicious guests like you in a reasonable way. Please pay attention to your words and actions

The worst hotel operator ever. We arrived and there's no reception lobby so we find the contact number within Trip.com. After 30 mins non stop calling and texting there's no reply. So we have to call Trip.com support line. Luckily the staff was very good to assist us finally to the hotel operator. After check in the room we found out it's 2 bed 1 bath, which we booked was 2 bath. So another 1 hour of waiting to get the correct room. Overall it take us 2 hours waiting to finally check in room. The worst thing is after all the trouble we gotten from hotel operator, there's not even a sincere apology. Bad, bad, bad.

Very good, clean, the guards in the building are also very informative and nice. Spot is very close to massage, mall, and the beach. Its very great, highly recommend if you go with many people.

Terrific location right in the heart of Pattaya. My only constructive feedback would be to make the check in process clear as it was confusing dealing with security and also clearly display wifi info in the room. Other than that, perfect stay. Would absolutely recommend.
