Personal amable y solidario. El hotel ofrece servicio gratuito de traslado en autobús al aeropuerto. Bonita y acogedora habitación con balcón donde se pueden ver los fuegos artificiales todas las noches. Precio asequible, gran experiencia.

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado al lado del casino. La piscina es grande, pero está en el lado oeste, por lo que puede hacer calor por la noche. La playa está a unos 200 m a pie. El servicio es rápido y el desayuno está bien.

Esto fue fantástico. El servicio, que incluye recogida en el aeropuerto, tamaño de la habitación, diseño y limpieza, gran oferta de desayuno, transporte a la playa y espectáculos, opciones de comida, accesibilidad e incluso enfermera en el lugar, fue todo de 5 estrellas. Hemos estado elogiando este hotel a todos nuestros amigos y familiares y estamos ansiosos por regresar para una estadía mucho más larga. ¡Gracias Wyndham!

Wyndham Grand Phu Quoc ofrece una escapada de lujo con impresionantes vistas frente a la playa, habitaciones espaciosas y bien equipadas, excelentes opciones gastronómicas y comodidades de primer nivel que incluyen una hermosa piscina y un spa relajante. Volveré para otra gran estadía nuevamente.

Did like the location, very convenient to go to safari and vinwonders. Some of the staff at the reception was a bit rude. Breakfast was good but The choices were a bit limited so it gets boring after few days. First 3 days the cleaning in the room was perfect but after that they started doing it just to get buy. Overall liked the experience. Near by grand world is nice.

Stayed in Building B, Deluxe Suite Ocean View, 3rd floor. The room was indeed beautiful and comfortable, but starting from 9 or 10 AM, extremely loud music with heavy bass made it impossible to sleep. We had already paid for the airport transfer when booking. Before checking in, we communicated via messages that we would be changing hotels after checkout and not leaving Phu Quoc. (I thought we could take the shuttle to the airport and then head to our next hotel ourselves.) However, they insisted that I provide a flight number to arrange the shuttle. Later, they told me to arrange the timing with the front desk upon check-in. When I checked in, I asked the front desk if we could be dropped off at our next hotel instead of the airport since it was along the way. They said OK, and there was no need to arrange the time in advance—we could confirm it on the checkout day. However, it turned out they were referring to the free VinBus, not the hotel's paid shuttle service that I had already paid for. The front desk staff at check-in completely misled us, and as a result, we were unable to use the hotel shuttle. We noticed that the door lock kept beeping, and our keycard couldn’t open the door. We asked a hotel staff member to report the issue, assuming it would be fixed by the time we returned. However, when we got back at night, the problem was still there. I had to walk to the front desk again, and it seemed like no one had addressed our request, meaning it had been completely ignored. Finally, they helped us enter the room and told us the door lock battery was low and could only be fixed the next day. We ordered room service for a late-night snack, but by early morning, I had diarrhea, and my girlfriend was vomiting. I was left completely drained and unable to continue our itinerary. When we reported this suspected food poisoning incident at checkout, the front desk simply said, "Okay, we will pass on the message," and that was it. No apology, no compensation. Only the exterior looks five-star, but everything else fails miserably.

The Wyndham Grand hotel exceeded our expectations! We stayed 10 days. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We loved the separate swimming pools for adults and children, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The private beach was pristine and well-maintained, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near must-visit attractions like Grandworld, VinWonders and Vinpearl Safari. A perfect getaway spot—I highly recommend it!

I booked for 2nights, but decided to stay 2 more days, because it’s really wonderful hotel. I enjoyed everything here: clean hotel, room, friendly stuff, swimming pool, breakfast. We everyday took free bus from hotel and went to Grand World. Strongly recommend to families spend your precious time in this hotel

Wyndham Grand is totally amazing! People are very friendly, English is good and breakfast is excellent! Its location is very convenient to all the tourist attractions with free shuttle services! I had a wonderful time and will visit again soon! Highly recommended 👍👍

This hotel was very comfortable, clean, and the service was excellent.

Nice service, staffs at the front desk are very helpful. Nice environment, can reach the beach in few minutes. The villa is clean and tidy.
