Opposite AEON 1 for nice shopping and eating. There are 3 AEON malls in Phnom Penh now. Tuktuk booked via an app costs 6,000 Riels to Night Market. The Reception lady is so sweet. She booked me a tuktuk and I paid by cash directly to the driver. Thank you very much. From my memory Reception staff doesn’t work from 3am to 8am. Room is large and things are made from high quality materials. I love the pool on 41th floor. Breathtaking river views and city views up there. The restaurant is on the same floor so we walked pass it to use the pool. No other guests were there when both of us swam. Pool opens from 7am. Small changing room and toilet are near the pool. Fitness Room is on 7th floor. High quality and great services. No one was there when we worked out. After the guest finishes using the walking machine and sweats, a male staff comes to wipe the machine. Very good! Towels are readily available for guests to use both in the Fitness Room and Pool. The checked in and out were smooth. They returned the 50 USD deposit in both USD and Riel. In other cities, a room like this often costs 70 USD. Here the price is very good. The building is Celeste Building opposite Sofitel and AEON and we walked through it to the next building to see SF Hotel table in the corner. Excellent value for money. Btw it was Caesar Hotel before so room amenities and towels have that brand. Room is a bit wear and tear but clean and comfortable. Air con takes a long time to cool the room as they has a cover in front of it to avoid direct air flow to the bed. Carpeted walk way from elevator to the rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much and wish to come back to swim again.

Natalie BAUMANIS, Guest Experience & Brand Quality Manager is a great help during my stay. All of the employees are very friendly and kind. It opened only two months ago, so it's brand new. The food in restaurant is awesome and the price is very reasonable. It is located in the center of the city. It is very convenient for us to visit downtown and all the tourist attractions. It had very modernized room. Air conditioning is so powerful, the beds are so comfortable. There are so many outlets that I can charge my cell phone and all other electric devices. Amenities are in good quality. I highly recommend Novotel bkk. I definitely want to visit here next time. Thank you all Novotel!

La habitación era muy espaciosa. El baño también era muy grande. Todo era agradable y limpio y el personal estaba impresionante. El hotel en sí es muy bonito y estético. La piscina también era agradable aunque un poco fría por la noche. Todo fue genial y deseo haber reservado un día extra en este alojamiento

Después de todo, ¿cómo podrían tres pequeñas palabras, que le dices a tu pareja regularmente, capturar la profundidad y el significado de lo que realmente sientes por ella? The hotel is just few years old, modern decor with good bed, balcony, fridge, kettle and it is clean. Next door is a restaurant where breakfast is served as well as lunch or evening meal. It is in a quiet location giving good night sleep. If you prefer to eat elsewhere there are plenty of places nearby. Based short tuctuc ride from the airport. Definitely value for money, I will be returning.

Queríamos un lugar donde pasar la noche antes de nuestro vuelo y estaba ubicado cerca del aeropuerto. La habitación tenía un buen precio y estaba limpia. Las camas eran suaves y se proporcionaba pasta de dientes, acondicionador, etc. El check-in y el check-out fueron rápidos (la hora de salida es un mediodía generoso) y hay varias piscinas que puedes usar. Mi hijo disfrutó de la mesa de billar y del ping-pong. El lugar está bien atendido y muy limpio en todas partes. Se parece a sus fotos en Trip. No encontramos el área local más amplia particularmente atractiva, y pasamos un tiempo buscando un restaurante que no estuviera donde Trip Advisor dijo que estaría. Al final comimos en el restaurante del hotel (arroz frito con pollo y bol de espagueti) y ambos estuvieron bien.
