I really enjoyed my stay at the Palace Gate Hotel & Resort. The location is perfect and the customer service was fantastic. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast offered was delicious and there was a nice variety to choose from daily. My son loved the pool. The hotel environment was relaxing which was much needed after being out during the day touring the city.

Hotel súper hermoso. Zona tranquila, cerca de la orilla del río (aunque no se puede caminar). Me encanta el diseño colonial y la fragancia súper fuerte de jazmín desde el vestíbulo hasta el ascensor. El hotel fue muy amable al ascenderme a una suite presidencial, mi amigo y yo disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia allí. Una cosa a señalar es que no hay ventilador en toda la unidad, solo aire acondicionado, por eso me costó un poco dormir.

La ubicación está alejada del centro de la ciudad y más cerca del aeropuerto. Es conveniente llamar a un taxi, pero hay pocos restaurantes cerca. Hay una plaza del mercado de alimentos a unos diez minutos. Las habitaciones del hotel son más grandes, limpias y cuentan con muchas instalaciones. Además de la piscina y el gimnasio habituales, hay canchas de tenis de mesa, bádminton y baloncesto, establos para montar a caballo y un pequeño campo de fútbol. En realidad es un club que también funciona como hotel, pero está lejos de la entrada al lobby y luego a las habitaciones.

El Jin fue muchas veces. Vinnie vivía por primera vez. El desayuno se fijó en la recepción el día anterior, con un máximo de 6$, 2.5$ barato. La habitación es muy nueva y limpia. La capacidad de la recepción para resolver y tratar las preguntas es muy fuerte. La foto se toma en el ascensor.

Possibly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at in my life and I travel a lot. I’ve experienced a lot of hotels. The pool area is very tropical with lots of mature plants and trees. The water temperature is perfect. Great cabanas on the edge of the pool and plenty of them. The food at the restaurant is great. Plus I love the lighting in the restaurant at night. In fact the lighting is well thought out throughout the hotel and in the rooms, creating ambience and mood. It’s something that’s so often overlooked in hotels. The room itself is a reasonable size with a very comfortable bed, fridge, tv, AC, god water pressure and hot water, lots of nice little touches in the rooms. Pretty cushions, free water, toiletries, flowers. I also loved the day bed for reading. I had a balcony overlooking the pool on the second level. It was peaceful and all I could hear was bird song. The staff are smiley and attentive. The location is perfect. Yet despite its central location it’s so peaceful. When you come in off the street and walk passed the Koi carp pond you feel as if your walking into another world. It’s as if the sound even from the street gets turned down, even the air smells differently here which I’m assuming is due to all the plants. The price is competitive and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the place highly. I will be returning in December and will definitely be back. Also don’t miss a deep tissue massage at the spa with Bopa , it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. Just book it!
