We flew to Phnom Penh from Shanghai, our first ever visited to Cambodia. We booked our stay at palace hotel as it seemed convenient to travel to other places. Next day we traveled to sight seems places and forgot our check out time is 12 pm, and we could only check out by 3 pm. While checking out the staff didn’t even only mention about the overstay, but also helped us with many little things. If you ever visit this city I highly recommend everyone to stay at this property. They have a great team who take care of each guest with utmost respect and care. Thank you everyone 🙏🏼🫶🏽

Hotel súper hermoso. Zona tranquila, cerca de la orilla del río (aunque no se puede caminar). Me encanta el diseño colonial y la fragancia súper fuerte de jazmín desde el vestíbulo hasta el ascensor. El hotel fue muy amable al ascenderme a una suite presidencial, mi amigo y yo disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia allí. Una cosa a señalar es que no hay ventilador en toda la unidad, solo aire acondicionado, por eso me costó un poco dormir.

Fantastic service and high-quality room. Stayed just one night but everything was 4 star quality. Large room in great condition. Included breakfast was made to order and perfect. Front desk arranged airport service cheap and easy. I'll stay here again next time I stop over

Excelente precio por dinero. Muy limpio en todas partes, agradable baño y cómodo cama. Perfecto si usted está buscando un lugar para quedarse por una noche antes de llegar a un vuelo. We were able to spend the morning in the Russian Market area (4000KHR tuktuk) to have breakfast and have a massage before going to the airport, too. Ask about late check out, they're super accommodation! El hotel está muy bien situado y tiene un buen servicio de desayunos. Muy convenientemente situado y tienen Wi-Fi y recepcionistas hablantes de inglés que son hermosos!

Possibly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at in my life and I travel a lot. I’ve experienced a lot of hotels. The pool area is very tropical with lots of mature plants and trees. The water temperature is perfect. Great cabanas on the edge of the pool and plenty of them. The food at the restaurant is great. Plus I love the lighting in the restaurant at night. In fact the lighting is well thought out throughout the hotel and in the rooms, creating ambience and mood. It’s something that’s so often overlooked in hotels. The room itself is a reasonable size with a very comfortable bed, fridge, tv, AC, god water pressure and hot water, lots of nice little touches in the rooms. Pretty cushions, free water, toiletries, flowers. I also loved the day bed for reading. I had a balcony overlooking the pool on the second level. It was peaceful and all I could hear was bird song. The staff are smiley and attentive. The location is perfect. Yet despite its central location it’s so peaceful. When you come in off the street and walk passed the Koi carp pond you feel as if your walking into another world. It’s as if the sound even from the street gets turned down, even the air smells differently here which I’m assuming is due to all the plants. The price is competitive and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the place highly. I will be returning in December and will definitely be back. Also don’t miss a deep tissue massage at the spa with Bopa , it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. Just book it!
