Great location, apar**ent is comfortable but lacks light in the living room, a chair in the sleeping room and mainly, the heater makes too much noice

This was a great place for us to stay for a long weekend - since there was a snow storm and one of us got sick during our stay (unrelated to Roost!), it was especially nice to have so much space to spread out, and to have a kitchen. Would definitely come again. (Just a note that there are many steps to get in, so could be a problem for some people who need to avoid stairs).

The room at Roost was fabulous. So spacious, the bedroom was quite comfortable, but having it separate from the living/kitchen was really nice, and if I was not alone, would be great with a couple or child. My only ask would be a bit better signage, the address is on the shop next door, and I arrived late so it was a bit confusing on how to get in.

I have been staying at Roost Rittenhouse for years. This time, the apar**ents seemed in need of refurbishment and the attitude of desk staff seemed negative and unhelpful especially on the final morning.

The Roost Rittenhouse 'apar**ent hotel' was so unique. I wish all hotels and all Airbnbs were more like this! We had a 1 BR. It was spacious (approx 1000 sq ft), well-located, well designed and furnished, and the amenities were ones that made a difference for our stay - pet friendly, Apple TV, nice bathroom products, small kitchenette useful for breakfast in the room. I need to call out the front desk staff - Sean and Lisa - for being so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They welcomed us early on first day, got us extra pillows and blankets, and had great recommendations for what was nearby. The neighborhood offers a ton in the surrounding blocks - coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. And taking ubers around the city for sight seeing was easy and pretty inexpensive.

Thank you Roost Rittenhouse for a great experience! Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen plus washer and dryer. The location was great to walk around and enjoy Philly but it was the friendly team members that truly made it special. We look forward to returning next time we're in town.
