Hotel nuevo con habitaciones cómodas, limpias y silenciosas. Agradecer al personal del hotel su amabilidad y atención en todo momento, desde Sadam el propietario, Mohammed Nawafleh, Mohammed Helalaf, Suleiman y Hussan. Todos forman un gran equipo. Tuve que hacerme una PCR para viajar al día siguiente y M. Nawafleh avisó al doctor que vino al hotel sobre las 22 para que pudiese tener los resultados esa misma noche. Gracias por todo!

INC***ATA NERA! Lo staff è gentile, ma come la maggior parte del popolo Giordano, ma su 3 giorni, i primi due, in camera abbiamo trovato due blatte enormi. Abbiamo subito avvisato lo staff che ci ha cambiato la camera. Ma non è assolutamente possibile che su 3 giorni, 2 abbiamo trovato questi esseri in camera. Il primo giorno (h: 6:00 AM, morta a terra) abbiamo pensato fosse colpa nostra, perché avevamo lasciato il balcone aperto, ma la seconda mattina (h: 5:30, super viva e molto più grande rispetto alla prima, che camminava sui cuscini del lettino accanto al letto matrimoniale in cui dormivamo noi) non è assolutamente possibile una cosa del genere. Il receptionist ci ha assicurato che non era mai accaduto prima, difatti ha avuto difficoltà nel crederci. A tal proposito abbiamo dovuto mostrargli un video prova che attestasse il fatto. Abbiamo provato ad uccidere la blatta ma con scarsi risultati, infatti prima di lasciare la camera l’abbiamo trovata a girare nel bagno. Mi dispiace per questa recensione negativa, perché l’hotel si mostra super pulito e profumato. Ma non esiste che queste cose capitino più di una volta. La seconda sera, la blatta me la sono ritrovata accanto al comodino a distanza di pochissimi centimetri da me e dal letto. NON VA ASSOLUTAMENTE BENE! Mi dispiace, ma per fobie personali, non so se lo consiglierei sinceramente.

El hotel es un edificio renovado recientemente al igual que las habitaciones... Todo es nuevo!!! La habitación tiene un tamaño adecuado con muebles de calidad, armario, mini nevera que no hace ningún ruido, terraza, una mesa y 2 sillas. Una cama enorme!!!! y como bien dicen otros comentarios, de las mejores camas que dormirás en tu vida y eso después de estar horas caminando por petra es indispensable para descansar bien. Yousef el dueño siempre pendiente de que no nos faltase de nada y en ayudarnos. Nos consiguió las entradas de petra by night. Muy amable y atento. La situación: está en el centro de wadi musa rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes. Está a 1.5km de petra asi que muy cerca.

Home, desayuno aparte de los precios de la habitación, muy bien. El servicio del desayuno a partir de las 6 horas es muy agradable aquí. Bella vista, techo de arriba agradable. Cama limpia, oídos y matales correctos, un poco duro, aire acondicionado, verano metálico, tapices con caja fuerte y sin orletas, muebles de sombra: 3 camas y 2 mesas de noche, 1 toma (multipresa proporcionada), agua caliente un poco larga (despilfarro), WiFi inestable.

Excelente comida y servicio Desayuné en el restaurante pero Khaled fue absolutamente excelente y brindó un servicio verdaderamente de primera clase al elegir mi comida pero resolvió una escasez inesperada de un plato solicitado de una manera muy profesional Mi comida fue excelente El plato principal eran huevos y salchichas realmente buenos con algunos sabores excelentes Muchas gracias Khaled también por brindarnos una selección tan rica de panes Volveré a este restaurante ya que el servicio estuvo muy por encima del promedio y la experiencia en general fue muy positiva.

AantoineNice hotel around Petra but service could be improved, they try to sell us expensive package, give us wrong info.. massage was very good o recommend it, room where ok, the best point is the view and the pool. Bedouin restaurant is nice but food is not crazy. Breakfast is average.
Overall it’s not crazy but in comparison to the other hotel around it’s very decent. Note that the hotel is far from the center so you can’t really go out for diner or other activity without taking a cab.

UUsuario invitadoSi vuelvo a Petra , que espero que sea pronto, volveré a este hotel, llegamos a las 4 de la mañana nos recibieron muy bien, al día siguiente nos informaron de cómo hacer el recorrido para ver Petra y está junto a la salida por lo que cuando acabas agradeces ir al hotel tan cerquita, nos esperaba una cesta de frutas en nuestra habitación, estas son modernas y confortables, no les falta el hervidor de agua que yo tanto agradezco.

Un hôtel très très propre, au calme sur les hauteurs de Pétra. L'accueil est top, le petit déjeuner très copieux, servi sur leur terrasse couverte avec une très belle vue, les chambres sont très spacieuses ainsi que la salle de bain . Nous avons aussi testé le dîner qui est très bon et préparé par la maman. Nous avons payé 10 JOD par personne pour plusieurs entrées, le plat (Mansaf) et le dessert. Seul petit bémol : c'est un peu loin du centre pour sortir le soir à pied , il faut prendre la voiture mais c'était notre choix car nous voulions être au calme et vu les concerts de klaxon toute la nuit, on a bien fait de se mettre à l'écart! Parking gratuit et Wifi à disposition N'hésitez pas à appeler le propriétaire qui viendra vous chercher si vous avez du mal à trouver, il le fait spontanément! Un hôtel que je recommande vraiment ! Points forts de l'hôtel: Beau panorama · Calme · Adapté aux enfants · Bon rapport qualité prix Chambres: Très spacieuses et lumineuses, dotées chacune d'une très grande salle de bain. Il y a la clim et la literie est impeccable. Les chambres dites luxueuses ont un lit King size, un balcon adorable donnant sur la vallée. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain (ne pas se fier à la trad anglaise qui traduit salle de bain commune!) Plats et boissons: C'est la maman qui prépare les dîners, un vrai régal. Du thé est proposé systématiquement et l'eau est comprise dans le prix du diner

POSITIVO: En realidad todo, cuando llegue el hotel y lo vi desde afuera mo observe nada del otro mundo pero una vez adentro me sorprendi por las instalaciones y lo moderno y comfortable que son las habitaciones. El personal es super amable, me encanto mucho mi estadia aqui, tienen buen desayuno con cafe y huevos, parqueadero gratis y esta super cerca a Petra, lo recomiendo 100% NEGATIVO: NADA, Mi estadia estuvo perfecta

Hotel semplice, al limite dell’ essenziale. La pulizia delle lenzuola non era il massimo, ho trovato diversi capelli per cui non ho dormito a cuor leggero mentre il resto della camera risultava abbastanza pulita. Le scale per accedere ai piani e alla sala colazione sarebbero invece da rivedere perché i tappetini le rendono poco agevoli e anche pericolose. La colazione davvero scarsa. Tutto sommato non mi sento di sconsigliarlo perché i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili e il prezzo è più che onesto per gli standard di Petra però va detto che occorre un po’ di spirito di adattamento. L’hotel dispone di parcheggio ed è a 5 minuti dal sito

UUsuario invitadoThe facilities were very limited for a camp welcoming tourists and with quite a high price. We didn't expect this when we saw the rather positive reviews and ratings... - When we arrived at check-in time, it seemed that our rooms were not ready and when we entered them, they were not clean at all (traces of excrement in the toilets, the shower drain was blocked, etc.). - Then it was mentioned to us only at the arrival that the electricity is available only from 6 am to 8 am and then from 6pm to 12am. We can wash only in the evening and we have to ask (sometimes several times) to have hot water. This information should be absolutely present in the description of the hotel or at the time of the reservation. Even if this is due to the fact that the camp is far away, it is still the least an hotel can offer for the price paid. - Although the camp is on a hill and it was December, it was also much too cold and the rooms were not well insulated for that. We could see and feel the wind passing through the fabric of the walls. We had made camps in the desert before, where the temperature were the same, and that was still well insulated from the cold so that proves that the rooms in this camp are not at all adapted for that. Moreover, there is no point in taking the AC to warm up (a paying service) since the electricity cuts off at midnight and the cold comes in from everywhere in the room. - The meal is not excellent and expensive (15 JOD). - The road to arrive at the camp is rocky. It would have been nice to have the information to know if our car could access it or not.

Todo el personal que nos reunimos, desde los guardias de seguridad hasta el campanario, la mesa delantera, el restaurante - fueron sólo SUPERB.
El barrio es invitante y caliente, el restaurante es amplio y con mucha luz solar.
El buffet de cenas tenía una gran variedad y una calidad decente, pero muy cara.
El desayuno tenía una gran variedad de buena calidad.
La habitación era muy limpia y parecía construida el año pasado - muy bien mantenida.
El hotel es un hotel muy nuevo, pero está un poco sobrepagado.
En general, una excelente elección para Petra.

Jjiafei2323El hotel está limpio e higiénico, y el personal de servicio es muy entusiasta. Está a unos cinco minutos de la antigua ciudad de Petra. El lugar para entrar no es fácil de encontrar. Pero algunas toallas estaban disponibles, lo que es una ventaja. La habitación era grande, pero necesita renovación. Desafortunadamente, las paredes no son robustas, ya sea dentro o fuera.
