Everything perfect especially the bed is very comfortable compared to other 4/5 star hotels. Nice location, very close to the central station. The reception people were nice in general but we did have a moment of bad feelings when checking in: we were trying to figure out all the info on the tablet and the girl at the reception asked very impatiently whether everything was ok; I explained I was looking at the options re pillows etc. and she said those were for regular guests (we are not their regulars of course) which felt a bit wired.

Stayed here recently, the location is fantastic, only a short walk to the old town, close to shops bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was on the small side but had everything needed for a comfortable stay, the room was very clean (which is a credit the the cleaning staff they do a wonderful job) the bathroom was very clean and a good size, hand soap and shower gel is provided.. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would happily return on future visits.

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

I was very satisfied with my one-night stay at Hotel Wentzl for New Year’s Eve. This was the last available room I could find for December 31st after all other platforms were sold out. I only requested a room with a nice view, but was pleasantly surprised to get Room 23 with a perfect, direct view of Rynek Square, ideal for watching the fireworks. Truly an unforgettable memory for New Year’s Eve 2025. The room has a classic, older style but was comfortable and well maintained. High ceilings, strong heating, hot water, and full amenities including toiletries and slippers. Check-in was exactly at 2 PM, and the staff were polite and very supportive. Highly recommended for location and experience.

El hotel está situado en una ubicación confortable, pero fuera de la Ciudad Vieja, por lo que se ahorra un poco a precio. Cada día pude obtener un buque de hielo. Mi única queja fue el mini refrigerador. El tamaño de una pequeña microonda y con un precio excesivo, sin espacio para una cerveza.

Ottima ubicazione per raggiungere facilmente i punti salienti della città. La struttura è un po’ datata e senza condizionatori e ascensore. Per fortuna le temperature erano accettabili  e abbiamo occupato il secondo piano. Però tutto sommato ci ritornerei per l ubicazione .

El apartamento estaba muy bien situado, muy cerca de la estación central, con un gran centro comercial y supermercados cerca. Cerca de la antigua ciudad. El apartamento era amplio con cocina, incluyendo una microondas, horno de cocina, herramientas, placas y nevera. La habitación era ligeramente caliente (tal vez porque no sabíamos que era caliente para operar el AC), pero estaba bien. La habitación estaba enfrente de una carretera y podía sentir un poco de ruido en la noche cuando la gente caminaba pasando por el paso de los coches altos, pero no me despertó ni nada. La ubicación es excelente y el personal es bastante atento. Las camas son bastante simples en general. De hecho la mía se rompió cuando me fui a levantar (habitación 103). Por suerte no hubo problema en tener otra habitación para pasar la última noche. Pero justo en esa habitación, una de las 2 camas también tenía una de las barras del somier, fuera de lugar (habitación 204). Ahí descubrí que los baños compartidos son super diferentes dependiendo del bloque de habitaciones que te toque. Se escucha bastante ruido en los pasillos y el agua caliente se acaba pronto en hora punta. Aunque se llame ”Aparthotel”, no hay facilidades de cocinar o tener una nevera para guardar cosas frescas. Solamente café soluble y té ***** en la recepción (esto, gratis). En general está bien por la ubicación si vas a hacer excursiones o irte temprano al aeropuerto, pero no es excelente en cuanto a calidad.

Aunque el precio es bajo, las habitaciones están limpias y la ubicación es buena. Puedes caminar hasta la estación de tren. recomendar.
